Hayward Adult School

Very cool learning english for free! English lessons are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you are coming for the first time then you should choose to come from 8:30 or from 6 pm on Monday. If we are talking about the condition of the school building, then I will say that the school is not new and needs reconstruction!

Got my vaccine at the Hayward Adult School on the corner of Princeton and Sunset St. on 4/8/2021. The site isn’t super easy to find and there was no signage directing people where to go. There was also a food drive next door which caused some confusion. Asked around and was able to locate. Friendly staff and super quick process. 3 minutes to check in, another 3 minute walk to the gymnasium, and virtually no line for an 11am Thursday appointment.

I went to the school to go back to get my high school diploma I'm 36 years old with three kids and I was able to do it they help you out, the teachers are awesome the counselors really work hard to help you get what you need if you feel like you can't get your diploma they got GED classes they got Spanish classes for you to sit there and be able to get your certificate or diploma in Spanish if you're not the best at speaking English they will help you they are really awesome I recommend them lots and lots I literally just have my graduation yesterday so yay 😁

I graduated from the GED. This place is great,the stuff is great, the teachers, the program and the free classes are super helpful 👍. If you are studying here or planning to do it, don't hesitate to take the CASAS test. It helps the school, the program, and the stuff. It also helps you!

My name is Nakiya Landry and I went to this terrible school they made it so hard for me to graduate they are unprofessional and they are never in the office to answer the phone. Their office hours are a lie they don’t be in the office they lie and say they are but they aren’t. They are terrible people and don’t care about your future and I only yank Mrs.kimako because she tried to help me as much as she could and my college class teacher was a great person. But my professor for my physical science class is very unprofessional and so are the others in the office don’t let you kids go here they will be extremely discouraged espically if they are going through a lot and a school system like this makes it hard to get their education. 10/10 don’t recommend they are selfish and they let you graduate on they not on yours so that’s a lie to I should have been at this school for 2-3 weeks it’s been almost a month and it took me a day to do the HW they assigned me and they are always on vacation but never at work. Just awful. God bless them but that’s sad.

If I could I give it zero… I took my GED test there, they give me a rules do’s & don’ts before the test. Is understandable that they will hold you personal items such as purse, cell, watch or headphones… but they asked me for my jacket?? I was freezing there.. they should to add that on the "rules list" before the test in that way I know that I will need bring extra sweatshirts, also they check your sleeves & pockets…. That is ridiculous… I recommend to look for other school to do the GED test.
