Burns Latino Studies Academy

At first, I totally was in for recommending this school but only after seeing how it is a year later, most definitely not. My sister and other students have been physically hurt by teachers and it needs to stop. they don't even do anything. Kids of all ages are being hurt, such as pushed, by teachers. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL.

The most ghetto rachet school I've ever seen in my life, the only good techer is Mrs.Velázquez...the rest of them don't respect the children, my daughter has been bullied and they have done nothing about it! She cannot bring her own snacks or lunch because the teachers will always criticize her food and the way I cook! Ignorant! Taking her out of there!

Other schools are letting children feel as normal as they can but miss corbit running the school like a lockdown military post where you can't even take vanilla cup cakes for a bday I did not now children were allergic to vanilla smh

Wonderful teachers: Ms. Crotty and Ms. Hayes. Had such caring and indepth teaching techniques. This was bac k in 1948-50ish. I actually cried for them when my mother remarried and sent for me to California. The memories are priceless. Wonder what happened to Emily Lund and "Molly"? Betty Brennan

I love this school the teachers are very nice I would recommend to anyone I've been here since kindergarten and I just left this year

I love this school! It dedicates to helping children are to learn bi-lingual in the school! Thank you Burns Latino Studies Academy!

The school itself is bad. As a former student here they literally have no respect for all the students. The principal changes every year. For the sake of your children please never send them here.
