Blue Heron Academy

I am a graduate of Blue Heron over 25 years ago. My regular therapist moved, so I decided to go get a treatment and Justin Hailey was awesome. He was very attentive of where the problem areas are and his touch was excellent. His attitude was absolutely genuine and I’m sure he will be successful. My experience at Blue Heron Academy was 5 star from the time I walked in set up my appointment, after turning in my CEU’s I turned around and booked my appointment instead of leaving the building. The receptionist made it an easy task. Checking in was great, Justin was quick on coming up front for me and when leaving the front desk personnel took care of me fast. They all were wonderful! I have had massages from Blue Heron graduates in the past that were top notch. However, I had never been to the academy for one. Last week I got one from a student (Jessie B). It was also outstanding. She gave a couple spots special attention and I am no longer experiencing the neuropathy that I had prior to going. She also gave great suggestions for stretches to keep in good shape! Great job, Jessie! I've already scheduled my next appointment. ❤️ Can't wait.

I had my first experience at Blue Heron with Rebecca. I honestly didn't know what to expect as I have never been to a massage school or gotten one from a student. Had I been told this was a regular spa and not a school, I would have believed it. The sign-in was effortless, the receptionist was very friendly, everyone that came to the lobby smiled and greeted me, and the massage was incredible. One of the best I have had! I left there and told everyone I know that they are missing one of the best kept secrets in the area. I will be back and I look forward to experiencing the same service with other students.

I had a great experience with my first massage here done by Grey Taylor. She listened to exactly what I needed work on and I left feeling amazing. I booked another massage before leaving! It's awesome to help out these students in their massage therapy journey and you cannot beat the price! I would recommend coming here to anyone looking to get a massage done. This is a great school and the students are well trained.

My first massage with Jessie Blodgett was incredible! With every area she worked, I could tell she possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the connectedness of the human body. Based on my feedback, she knew exactly where to go and what to move around to help me feel better. And I appreciated that she explained why she was working what she was to provide relief. Before our session began, she also asked me if I wanted to talk during the massage or remain silent to enjoy, which I appreciated as I generally like to relax and enjoy and don't often get asked that question by massage therapists. I can't wait to get another massage with Jessie!

I recently visited Blue Heron Massage, and it was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The massage therapist, Mikki, had magical hands. She expertly worked out the knots in my lower back and calves. I appreciated that it was a learning environment and that feedback was welcomed.

I had a massage by Jody and it was THE best massage I have ever had! She made sure I was comfortable, she communicated throughout the session and she made sure the pressure she used was comfortable for me. She worked areas of my body that I have never had massaged before, for example my underarms. She explained why that area is important and how it helps my body. She has a forever client with me!
