Haven't been here.. yet. But just by communicating with them they have been very friendly and helpful. Pretty disappointed in myself but I do have a good reason why I didn't show up for my appointment. I had too many things going on that day, and a couple of them were unexpected and I needed to take urgent action that took up my time and mental capacity. Also after I took care of those issues or attempted to I realized that I set my appointment up for nights, forgetting that I would be taking the bus. I would have called but like I said I had urgent issues I was dealing with. I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for your help with my educational needs, the staff is so helpful and their hours are flexible. Multiple languages spoken which is a bonus.
