International Language Institute, MD

If zero stars were possible, that’s what this place deserves. This place is a complete disaster. We signed up for a one-month program with 10 hours of classes per week. In that single month, one day was canceled due to an official holiday and two days were canceled because of a snowstorm — a total of 6 hours gone. On another day, they opened late after a snowstorm and I lost another 2-hour class. Here’s the worst part: according to their policy, if a class is canceled due to holidays or weather, you simply lose the hours you paid for. No refund. No proper make-up. You pay by the hour, but if they cancel, your money disappears. The organization is shockingly unprofessional. When classes are canceled because of snowstorms, they don’t notify students by email or text. Instead, they tell you to check a government website yourself. After one snowstorm, that site mentioned a possible late opening. We arrived late as instructed — only to find that the teacher still hadn’t arrived and the entire 2-hour class was canceled anyway. Out of the 8 hours we lost, they said they could only offer 4 hours of make-up classes. We were told to attend a Saturday morning class at the same level. When we showed up, the books were different, the teacher was different, and the class level was wrong. The teacher even arrived 15 minutes late and seemed to be covering multiple classes at once. Completely pointless. Even getting back half of the hours we already paid for became a struggle. If you care about your time or money, stay away. This place takes your money and hides behind "policies" instead of providing the service you paid for. Easily one of the worst educational experiences we’ve had. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I started learning English here and I'm still learning but now I can't believe that I didn't know anything and now I can speak fluently, that makes me feel happy.

I just wanna say thanks 😊 to these two beautiful ladies, Hallie Wallack and Neidy Rodriguez . They both are so beautiful, ladies.
