Cute Crush

Our first visit to this store. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is in the smaller size compared to some other stores with similar merchandise, but the quality wasn't lacking at all. In fact, they had more variety. Pricing was on track or better for Hello Kitty & friends items + K-Pop collectibles. We will will definitely be back!

I love this place! It has so many things, including k pop, stationery, and other cute things! I found this store looking for some cute stationary and this place is definitely a to go place when I need stationary!

I love going here every time I'm in Frisco because they always have very cute things; I guess that's why it's called cute crush. You may say some things are a bit pricey but I think it's worth it if you really like what they have in store.

had the absolute best experience here!!! we came from out of town (4.5 hours away!) looking for sonny angels and after going to six other places with no success- this is where we found them! and the people working were so amazing! everything was so cute, but their customer service was unbeatable! when we needed to split up transactions (i was buying for myself and for my cousins!) they were so accommodating and didn’t mind the time it took for me to get confirmation on the items! my husband ended up getting a pokémon pack in japanese and the absolutely wonderful woman helping us explained the japanese on the pack to him so he knew what he was buying! she also helped in selecting a one piece card pack for my brother-in-law! she was truly the best, i wish i had gotten her name! everything else there was so cute, too!! wish we had had more time to spend! that worker was an absolute angel.

Store is a little over priced for the quality of stuff being sold. Their posted mask policy clearly violates the Governor’s current executive order and does not reflect the current CDC guidelines as of the date I visited this location (date of review). I am also cautious buying from stores that are strict on asking people not to take pictures in the store? The thing is this: with all their Rules signs and angry replies to people that don’t give positive reviews, I would simply shop somewhere else. There are plenty alternatives in the area.

A lot of the stuff is straight off of WISH and Aliexpress... that's one of the reasons why they ask you to not take pictures. Most of the anime figures are not authentic, and all of the lanyards they have are $1 on the forsaken (mentioned above sites). The rilakkuma stuff they sell you, you can acquire for a fraction of the price at Daiso (for example the face masks they ask for $9.99 and at Daiso they are all $5... or the journals they have for $3.99... $1.50 at Daiso...). The KPOP hoodies aren't legit either. The enamel pins are all from the same sites. They are all stolen art (with a quick search you could find the original pin artist). The KPOP photocards are also from the forsaken sites (I looked them up and BOOM) It makes you question the authenticity of the other things. Aside from all of that the shop itself is pretty kawaii and severely overpriced. The girl at the front desk was very nice. Also, good luck with parking spots on the weekend!

All BTS fans must check this store. The store is super nice and well organized. They have a huge selection of K-pop stuffs, stationary and many other cute items. Reasonable price for cute products!
