My son and I have attended school here for the past 3 years. We cannot say enough good things for how martial arts training has improved many facets of our lives. As an adult, or as a kid you will learn many good things here. It has increased our self esteem, ability to defend ourselves, and improved our focus and attention.
Excellent school for traditional martial arts! Grand Master Choi is an 8th degree in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. This school has been teaching children, adults, and families in Frederick for 25 years.
