0 stars if I could. The worst phone operators, and even more horrible service in person. Called to have a simple answer to a short question "Can I request student records?" the female operator said "Just call the school" and immediately hung up the call. Never explained anything else so I politely called again to have her explain "I'm calling again... can you explain what you meant?" Female operator "You have to call the school to get the records." Me "Okay, do you know when they're open or what number to ca-" she hangs up again. I try to call again and I'm now in an automated voice call. So I wait and it hangs up two more times. She picks up again and then mid-conversation puts me on hold again until someone a bit more competent arrives to explain what I have to do to request records.

Initially, I was a little upset seeing the negative reviews, but they are awesome 👌. Marina from the office helped us and explained all our questions and doubts. The perception of the office is totally changed from negative to positive after I met her. Finally, my kid enrollment is done 😀

The county needs to find a way to better serve its children. Being in 90 degree heat for hours trying to get a walk in appointment is ridiculous. The other option is to wait over a month to get your child enrolled with a scheduled appointment. My son is autistic and has an IEP and we're getting 0 direction or help from anyone. It's disgusting that the school district works in a way that further disadvantages already disadvantaged families and children.

Other than the extraordinary wait time, I've had positive experiences each time I've had to come. The staff is professional and kind. They seem to be compassionate to your situation being very helpful with anything you may need. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because we waited over an hour the third time we came.

Security the people without guns needs more soft skill and need to be trained along with everyone else on how their new system works...If I had to make another appointment so should everyone else.the first appointment I made was at 9am I didn't get a notification until 11am that it was my turn. Then I get to the door and they couldn't find my name at this point I ask for a supervisor which he denied to provide and told me he would call the cops on me. Fast forward I schedule a new appointment and wait 2 more hours I get a pop up that it's my turn again I go to the door now there is a police officer there and he was awesome and was willing to help he said he didn't see the notification I received and wanted to see the text message so I should him my initial text message from 11am when I made a new appointment he went in to get helpThe pop up when you schedule through qless doesn't show what station to go to but the screen inside displayed my name and where I should go..I sat there just about allday for them to tell me I had to unenroll my kids from the school they are in before I went to the assignment center but the lady that helped me know how frustrated I was and help me as much as she could Please pack your patience if you need to visit this place...

There's no choice at all. It's a lottery system and your kid gets placed at whatever school the computer decides on and you're just stuck with the selection. Additionally, it takes hours to be seen, and if you don't have every single very specific document, you're turned away and told to come back again later. You cannot even place a call to the office for questions. The phones disconnect you and you're instructed to send an email, no matter the time of day. They literally do not have someone to answer calls and questions. This is ridiculously inefficient, time consuming, and frustrating.
