Life-Changing Program – Forever Grateful To state it simply, Pace Center for Girls – Lee County and the incredible women who run it changed my daughter’s life. For years, my daughter struggled with her mental health. She had been hospitalized, medicated, and spent three years in intensive therapy, yet nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. By the time we found Pace, we were at a complete loss—feeling like we had exhausted every option. We were at a crossroads, fearing that if this program couldn’t help her, we might have to consider long-term residential care. What we went through as a family was something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy; it nearly broke us. It took time, but slowly, we started to see changes. Over the course of the first year, the transformation was almost unbelievable. We were afraid to even acknowledge it, worried that if we spoke it out loud, the progress would disappear. But it didn’t. And now, three years later, my daughter is healthy, brave, and strong. The emotional climate in our home has been restored, and our family has healed—and we truly attribute that to Pace. Miss Leslie, Miss Jordan, and the girls in the program not only helped my daughter find herself, but they also gave her the confidence to believe in her future. Because of them, she has goals, hope, and a path forward. Pace didn’t just change her life—it saved it. We will forever be grateful. 💜

There are truly no words to describe how wonderful Pace is, but I will definitely try! We looked into Pace shortly after the covid pandemic, as my daughter had been through many years of medical issues with a heart disease, then schools closed because of covid, virtual school just wasn't a good fit, so she fell farther and farther behind in her high school classes. We decided to tour and interview with Pace. Ms Pam was our first contact there, she was absolutely amazing! She made us BOTH so comfortable and she was so welcoming. I have to admit, before going I was a little worried, how was I going to get my daughters buy-in to attend this school, well Ms Pam made all of those fears fade. After touring, although nervous to make new friends she was excited to go to school! The teachers she had at Pace truly cared about her, the reason I know this is because SHE knew this, she would come home talking about her teachers daily, and then the counselors, oh my, they are beyond amazing! My shy, introverted, insecure daughter was becoming outgoing, wanted to be everyone's friend and had more confidence than ever before! Ms Rosalie was her counselor, who was always just a text/phone call away if I needed anything. She helped my daughter through ups, downs, fears, sadness and celebrated any and all successes! If there was ever an angel on earth it is Ms Rosalie. Long story short, my daughter got caught up with all of her credits, graduated on time and was so extremely proud of herself. In the event you made it to the end of this review, and if you are curious if Pace is the right fit for your daughter, YES IT IS!! I assure you that you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Pace helped my daughter overcome many obstacles and helped her become a wonderful confident woman. I recommend Pace to any young girl that is going through anything, bullying, parents divorce, ECT.

I attended PACE center for girls from 2007 to 2009 and I am BEYOND grateful that I did! Ms. Dani, and basically the entire staff, helped me cope with a lot of the difficulties I faced during those years. I was able to complete all of my course work, (at my own pace), and move into regular high school in 2009. I graduated from North Fort Myers high school in 2013 as Magna Cum Laude and I was a member of the National Honor Society! I’m now a successful Office Manager and Licensed Insurance Agent at Brightway Insurance in Dothan, AL. Licensed in AL, FL, & GA! I recommend this school to any young woman out there who may be facing challenges, big or small! I didn’t know it then, but I know now that PACE really is on your side and all they really want is to see you become successful! Let them help you!
