I love dancing here! The atmosphere is very inviting! The teachers are qualified and go above and beyond for their students! There are so many classes to choose from for all ages! Affordable prices! Showcases twice a year! Open session is always a good time! But most importantly this studio promotes expression, creativity, and individuality! They help dancers grow into their own unique style! They care about the community and the people of Flint! Now stop reading this review and go sign up for dance!

I've been a student for a year and a half. They have classes for children, teens, and adults. I've always wanted to learn to dance but never took dance as a kid, so it was such a godsend to find a studio that has multiple dance classes that adults can participate in from hip hop to ballet. The instructors have such a great attitude and outlook on community and participation. Truly a judge free zone where the teachers and owners just want people to be able to freely express themselves, learn a couple dance moves, and have fun. They are very committed to the community and making classes adorable for all because dancing should be fun and stress free. I can't say enough about this place. Come check it out!!

Two of my children dance at this studio (and I took adult classes for a couple of months before becoming pregnant) and there are a couple of things about this studio that are unique versus other studios in the area: 1.) Without compromising quality, they promote an environment that is free from cattiness and the more negative elements that can be common to the dance world. Students are encouraged to support each other, allowing each student to focus on doing their personal best and on loving their art. I’m thankful to be able to introduce my kids to dance in this kind of environment, and from what I’ve seen students are learning and flourishing. 2.) The studio is committed to giving back to the community. They are doing what they can to make quality dance education attainable for anyone who wants to dance. 3.) I love the variety of dance styles they offer. As a kid I took modern and ballet, but deep down I really want to try break dancing. At Fli-City, students have options.

This studio is great for all ages! As a beginner adult dancer, I have enjoyed many different types of dance class here, such as tap, ballet and grooves. The instructors are all so nice and very excited to help you in any way! Even if you think you can’t dance, trust me, you can and should dance here!

Fli-City studio is a terrific place for all age groups and skill levels. The Directors Jared and Alisyn are welcoming beautiful people that are not only deeply passionate about dance, but I have huge heart for the city of Flint as a whole. Fli-City studios is has lots of space, really big mirror and is always super clean. All of the instructors very nice and super flexible for your learning needs. I have been to many dance studio's over the years and Fli-City studios is the only place that I have been to that offers FREE practice time to all ages and skill levels on Wednesday nights. If you are a beginner look to learn authentic Hip Hop moves, tap, ballet and much more Fli-City is the place for you. By the way I drive to Fli-City studios from Detroit. So if you are close by or not gohere will be well worth your investment.

My little family has been with this studio for over four years now and we are so grateful for them! Not only do they provide top quality dance classes but they also provide an environment that teaches impeccable core values that I know my children will use the rest of their lives . They also host FREE open session for the community on a weekly basis.

Fli-City offers HIGH quality dance instruction in a positive, encouraging setting. They have classes for kids AND adults and even open up to the community every Wednesday FREE! My family and I love this studio and feel like it is an extension of our family.
