Always nice and happy to help ! They also gave me a plastic rain jacket (with the NAU logo) because it was stormy and I didn't leave the porch of the building. Also, it usually takes 3-5 business days to fill out an arrival form but the director stamped and signed it from the get-go ! It was very useful not to wait so that I can have my French scholarship faster ! (it didn't happen for my 2 friends who came another day though)
Never reply in short time, have to wait for a few days
