Mr. Garrido's Driving School

I got my license yesterday, in my thirties, while grieving the passing of my husband—and I want to personally thank Marcos. He went above and beyond to make me feel empowered, capable, and truly safe as a driver. I deeply appreciated his calm, precise teaching style and how he guided me from literal panic to real confidence behind the wheel. I had taken driving lessons with other businesses before and never felt ready to take the test until I met Marcos. He supported me every step of the way, took me to my test, and helped me feel grounded and calm throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful—and so happy I chose to work with him. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Garrido was amazing for my son’s driving lessons. He is so professional and at point with driving education. Made my son felt very comfortable and gave him great advices. He gave us parents a report of what he needed to keep working on it, and was very honest about if my son needed more lessons. He could’ve easily recommended more( better for his Bussiness) but he didn’t . And he was right! My son passed the driving test at the first try! Thank you Mr. Garrido. If you are looking for a reliable safe driving Ed lesson for your teens, Mr. Garrido is the one to pick!

Mr. Garrido is an amazing instructor. He's very professional, very thorough and aware. He instructs the lesson based on your comfort and abilities, helps you make adjustments as your drive, and makes you feel comfortable, capable and safe. Very reasonably priced, especially for the value you get each lesson. Because of him, I passed my driver test on the first try, and the route I took was already familiar to me because he'll take you in the areas around the DMV you're taking the test at. Thank you Mr. Garrido!

I would love to leave a kind review for my driving instructor. I’m endlessly grateful to Marcos for teaching me how to drive without fear, with confidence, and even with joy. I had never driven a car in my life before, and thanks to such a great teacher as Marcos, I passed my driving test on the very first try. I highly recommend him to everyone! His lessons are very well organized, you can easily book sessions online, he always arrives on time, explains everything calmly, and most importantly, it feels very safe to be in the car with him.

Highly Recommend. Marcos is top notch. Easy communication both via phone and text up front to make us comfortable, then test / reminders prior to our son's driving lessons. When in the vehicle, Marcos was patient and great with our son. They started in neighborhoods, but by lesson 2 and 3 were traversing canyons and freeways. Highly Recommend on all fronts.

A huge thank you to Marcos for his incredible patience and persistence in helping us pass our driver’s test! From day one, you were always there to answer every question with the most amazing patience. You never judged us or made us feel fearful during classes—only supported and encouraged. Without you, this truly could not and would not have happened. You are truly amazing at what you do, and anyone who takes classes and tests with you by their side is guaranteed to succeed. Thank you again for everything. I will forever continue to refer people your way, because better than you—I’m not sure there is!

Great driving instructor. Will help you feel comfortable driving and achieve any driving goals you have. Highly recommend for any skill-level driver!
