Bengong's Tea

I got oolong tea with 120% and I kid you not, I just got home to drink it and found out there's no sugar or anything at all in it. This is like my 3rd or 4th time getting this drink and I know when there's sugar in it. I have never had issues with it until tonight. Something was telling me the two associate (women) I saw there tonight were giggling a lot. It turns out they probably forgot to include the sugar and I order 4 drinks tonight. I'm just disappointed because I just felt like my money was wasted on something I had paid for. Please pay attention to people's orders and don't mess it up or ruin it. I'm just upset I didn't get the chance to taste before heading home but now I will be tasting my drinks for this reason. I will be returning the drink tomorrow and get a refund or a redo because i was really looking forward to that drink tonight. It will be placed in the fridge and will be returned Update: I went there today 10/13 and they fixed it. I’m glad the guy I talked to understood the frustration of paying for something and not getting the worth

Saw the rude reviews and yes they’re not friendly. Ordered a simple jasmine cheese tea and was told they don’t have that but they did. Asked for 30% sugar and got zero sugar and no jasmine flavor what the helly? Never coming again. HEYTEA is the best

I had a great experience at Bengong Tea! Ordering was super easy using their self-serve kiosk, and I appreciated how simple it was to customize my drink for my allergies. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even better. I also love that they use real cane sugar instead of corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup — you can really taste the difference in quality. Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea spots!

The broth came out hot and rich, no weak flavors. Meat was sliced thin, cooked quick, stayed juicy. Veggies were fresh, noodles hit just right. Dipping sauces could’ve been spicier, but still held up. The place was packed, energy loud — perfect for a squad night or just zoning out over boiling soup. Service kept up, refills came fast. Good price, good food, no complaints.

Been here several times, most of times service was great, and drinks were tasty. However there were times our drinks didn’t come out as it supposed to be, and customer service were lacking. It really depends on who’s working that day . Fortunately, most of the time this place is decent. the self service order machine is fairly convenient, but couple of times one of the two machines was broken, when this happens the line can be long. Our overall experience with ben gong is thumbs up & do recommend.

The staff was incredibly rude. The first thing they asked was if I had cash so I could order. Is that the attitude for a service when you have cash? The drink was fine, but the entire service seemed like they didn’t need money.

Love that the drinks are so unique and delicious here. It’s definitely hard to come by really good boba and this place definitely delivers every time. We tried the mango yakult green tea, the tiramisu milk tea and the sparkling strawberry tea and they were all delicious! Always love to go back.
