Excellent walmart. Well organized and also as a truck driver I appreciate they let us park here.

I recently was in the store, on January 2nd. I came in to purchase a smartphone. One of the guys in Electronics, talked me into monthly contract with T Mobile and a phone. I asked for a Samsung Galaxy. I thought I had a Samsung Galaxy phone, until I got home. I found out that it was a cheap TCL phone. I am upset. I could've gone over to Target and gotten a Samsung, if I had known they had no Samsung Galaxy phones in stock. I feel like I was tricked. I am now cancelling the phone service, and selling the phone. This is an example of poor customer service.

This store flat out refused to allow me to return a defective product that I had the receipt for and was well within the return window listed on the receipt. I was essentially told "they could do whatever they wanted". I went straight to the Chippewa Falls store and they quickly and kindly returned my items. Absolutely ridiculous and very infuriating.

Cleanest, nicest Walmart I may have ever seen in my LIFE. Had a grea lt experience for a big box retailer. Our cashier, Jon J. was super friendly and great to chat with this morning. Helped us get started off to a great day!

I am on Zyprexa and the Walmart Pharmacy did not send in my prior authorization. And I am allergic to GENERIC Zyprexa and by them doing their job I was in the emergency room twice over it once for not having it in my system and the second time for Medication poisoning where I'm allergic to GENERIC Zyprexa. Matt is the Manager and said that it was not his responsibility to send PRIOR AUTHORIZATION in. And ON MATT'S watch I could have died. Zyprexa is very addictive. I have to take it because of head trauma and Matt already knew that I was allergic to GENERIC Zyprexa. Jake the manager at Walmart Pharmacy in Chippewa Falls WI said that he doesn't know why Matt did me that way. And I have recordings of MATT saying that Jake would back him up. But I have recordings of where Jake said that Matt did me verY VerY wrong. I wouldn't take my dogs prescriptions to MATT. Walmart Pharmacy wouldn't care name brand Zyprexa since the incident and once I turned it into the State Judicial System in Madison WI. Now Walmart Pharmacy does it now after I turned it into the State Judicial System. I was medicated sick by Walmart Pharmacy the same exact time I was going through court records and 2 of the 3 guys court records were expunged. All this happened the same time. I sent all of my evidence into the State Judicial System and they suggested me to press charges on the Judge. See the date in the Name Brand Zyprexa. And I did not request it to be filled. I was using Walgreens Pharmacy every since. January of 2022. The last time Walmart Pharmacy filled my prescription was in December of 2021. So you tell me if they even deserve a 1 🌟. Now look at the date circled and remember no Walmart Pharmacy in the United States would cary name brand Zyprexa afterwards them trying to kill me. I have to take it for the rest of my life. If I do go off Zyprexa it's almost impossible. It's very very very addictive. Google Zyprexa and it is the strongest drug that a Doctor can legally prescribe. And I am on the highest dose allowed. And I have proof of all that I have said even recordings that they did me wrong. So you tell me how they DID...

If i could give a negative 1 start we would. We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the conduct of Manager Beau. Her behavior and treatment of our family were entirely disrespectful, which is particularly concerning given our long-standing relationship as valued customers. We found her demeanor to be unprofessional and immature. We strongly suggest considering a replacement for this position with an individual who demonstrates a greater degree of respect and expertise.

I was in the middle of being checked out, when are male ran up to the register and said he needed to be checked out. They proceed to help him, I had to go to a different register. The reason why is he went and grabbed his wife with a cart. Tried to talk to employees, never got a phone call back. Poor customer service skills. Wish we had a different store other then Walmart. Would definitely go there.
