I was treated on 3A. I saw two providers, one named Roxanne, one named Christy. They were the most dismissive, rude, and threatening. There was no compassion, care, anything positive. Absolutely awful. I cannot believe these two individuals chose to be in the veteran health care field, and choose to be terrible. They should lose their licenses. No veteran should go through what I went through.

I feel very bad for the Veterans trying to access care at this VA Hospital. I'm calling just trying to verify a fax number and address for a provider and have been transferred twice and cut off while trying get information. If this is how our Veterans are treated, it's a sad state of affairs. 12/30/25 at 9:53 am, so whomever is the operator at that time may need to look for a different profession.

This is the third VA facility I've dealt with. They are the best by far. When I have to bring my young children with me, the staff are always so friendly and interactive eith them. Not every visit has gone as planned, but the hiccups were understandable and efforts were made to mitigate them.

I'm a patient here at the VA, also a retired employee. I've had very good care here. I would recommend this hospital to all veterans.

Absolutely horrible place! My ex- wife was sent here because of her being a vet. They not only misdiagnosed her multiple times they literally almost cost her her life, all over they wanted to show a class how a certain procedure was done. When she finally got sent to her 5th hospital they figured out what to treat and help heal her. But she had to be sent to mayo clinic for that they couldn't even do what needed to be done. She was also sent back to the VA after to be there for 2-3 weeks of physical therapy and to be monitored. The unit they had her in was absolutely rude nurses and very unprofessional. Never would I recommend this place to anyone.

They have treated me good at the VA. It is still an organization that is government ran, so it isn't exactly efficient, but they have some good, caring people working there.
