Today, something insanely embarrassing and unexpectedly common happened to me. I got scammed with a text and a phone call, thinking it was someone from my bank. I was in the process of laying my son down for a nap, worried that my card was compromised; distacted and I trusted the person on the phone to help me resolve it. I have never felt so violated and stupid. Thankfully the amazing staff at Bank of America-Elkcam branch was kind, helpful, and supportive. They stayed late. They were understanding about my rambunctious toddler. I cannot be thankful for them.

I’ve always had a great experience with Bank of America. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether in person or over the phone, they handle everything quickly and make you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

Went back today, May, 6th to try the ATM again. First time back since my review below. The ATM declined my withdrawal. Had to go inside to get my money. Grrr!!! Went to the ATM at 9:35 this morning to do a withdrawal. Everything went well until the ATM decided not to give me my money. I had to wait by the ATM for 25 minutes to make sure my money didn't get dispensed and the bank opened at 10am. Not acceptable! Grrrr.....

I want to give a big shout out to Artik Rodrigues. He's been so helpful with all my bank needs for the past few months. He goes over and beyond. Thank you Artik for everything

So I was ready to close my b of a account because I was completely frustrated with their automated system & customer service & a collection of recent changes that are just inconvenient. However... I just left THIS branch & the teller that waited on me was so amazing I changed my mind. She appeared to be the only teller on duty right now & even though there was a short line of customers waiting she was patient, professional, super helpful, answered all of my questions fully. She didn't rush me while I fussed she listened actually HEARD me & happily resolved all my issues. I listened for a moment as she served the next person. She provided them the same cheerful, unrushed, professional help. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a huge bonus & a raise!!! In this weird new world she personifies customer service at its finest.

Recently tried performing a direct deposit of 7 thousand dollars. For some reason fidelity tells me the bank refused the direct deposit. Upon calling the bank they had no record of the refusal. Had fidelity overnight me a paper check. Deposited the check on a friday afternoon wanting to pay a bill before late fees. The bank split the deposit 2 ways for some reason. Holding one check 6 days and the other 8 days. I have been a boa member for 27 years and plead that case to the phone rep. They did not care. My wife and i are moving to fairwinds credit union. 27 years and i cannot access my own money, ridiculous.

ATM canceled the transaction and it pulled them money from my account. But never gave me any money. Never printed a receipt and now I'm out $800!!! With absolutely no proof.
