Great resource, easy to navigate. It's a library, go! I got some children's Spanish books and was able to 3D print a custom part I had designed. Great place to work and read and focus.

The library is my favorite place to study. It’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of spaces to work alone or with friends. The staff are always kind and helpful, and I can usually find everything I need for my classes. I feel focused and calm when I study here.

It's great. Lots of desks and chairs if you just want to study. Several homeless and old people hang out here but it beats wandering the streets. Also happy that they don't let losers spew hate under the guise of "freedom of speech". The fact that there are negative reviews from said hateful people warms my heart; thank you Davis librarians for standing up to the losers!

We are so fortunate to have the staff and facilities at the library. So many programs, resources and books available to us. The staff tries to help when questioned. A favorite place of this family. Thank you Yolo county!

Great library, friendly staff and huge collection. Kids wing have an extensive collection were they can find from well know tittles to books in several languages. We also had the opportunity to see an educative show about native california animals by wild things.

Great selection of books, clean, helpful staff. Also, Friends of Davis Library are open daily 10-4pm except holidays for book donation.

4.6 stars out of 5 5 Location, 4.5 Books, 4.5 Environment The library is situated in a great area, not far from downtown Davis. It’s surrounded by the Davis Senior High School on the west, a pool and park in the north, and North Davis Elementary School on the east. This provides easy access for students of all ages. There’s a great selection of books—it is a library after all, and they provide many services like holding, reservations, renewals, and other help. There’s also a monthly book sale on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the month with many cool finds! The environment is a great place for browsing, reading, and studying. The Blanchard room is a great place for events and/or presentations, and the Hughes room is very silent for studying, along with the five-or-so study rooms.
