Keiser University (Clearwater) has great resources and teachers that could help anyone succeed as long as they have tried. It has been a great program so far and my teachers have inspired me to work up to the best of my abilities. 1. Small class sizes 2. Accelerated classes 3. Dr. Francisco Velasquez Roman and the rest of the faculty. Its these three things that make keiser university a great place to study.

I am actually surprised to see reviews about the "nice campus", this is one of the smallest Keiser campuses I've honestly ever seen. They only lease the front of the building and the equipment given to their medical programs for education is dated and less than satisfactory. All of that aside, do not be fooled by the surgical tech certification test out rate, they have a testing format where if you fail one of the final exams for a course you will be recycled in the program no matter your performance in the overall course. The course teachers will absolutely not accommodate any medical or personal emergency's that occur during course hours so if you miss any course work you will be given a 20% deduction or not given the chance to make it up, at the teachers discretion. It's truly unfortunate that the program became this poor after they received new instructors. One instructor in particular showed me a lot of gross unprofessional-ism through numerous passive aggressive exchanges to her students. This is only a fraction of the issues I faced when I attended this school. As a veteran using VR&E to attend the college, there was little to no proper communication between the school and my VR&E counselor. Commonly colleges have a representatives to work with VR&E applicants but this campus just did not offer that service and struggled to make their needs known until last minute. The only thing I received from this school was debt and wasted time.

The worst Nursing school you could possibly go to , only 1 good teacher ( who is amazing ) and they basically rotate all new teachers every semester , also they l had 3 different Nursing directors while I was there awful campus , go to a different campus if you can .

Keiser’s Rad Tech program is overpriced and disorganized. Clinical placements are limited, instructors are inconsistent, and support is lacking. Combine that with the school’s history of lawsuits and shady financial practices — it’s just not worth the risk. Look elsewhere. They prey on naive younger students who are ill informed. Their admissions counselors receive commission-based incentives to try to bill students 50k - 80k a year for subpar education. THEY ALSO TRY TO SCAM VETERANS USING GI BILL BENEFITS BY OVERCHARGING THEM AND THREATNED TO SEND A 2K BILL TO COLLECTIONS FOR "unpaid tuition" WHEN I ATTENDED THIS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A SCHOOL FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE FINDING OUT THE TRUTH. AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO A REAL COLLEGE!

I am a current student of Keiser University. Dr. Francisco Velasquez Roman is an exceptional educator who consistently creates a positive and engaging learning environment I always felt supported and challenged to reach my full potential. His passion for the subject matter shines through in every lesson, making complex concepts accessible and exciting. He has a remarkable ability to connect with students on a personal level, fostering a deep love of learning and building confidence in the classroom. I love Dr. Frankie!!!

I have enjoyed my experience so much at Keiser so far. I’ve taken two classes since I started here, both with Dr. Frankie, and despite this being my third college i’ve attended and my second degree i’m going for, he is my favorite professor I have ever had. He absolutely cares so much about each and every one of his students and goes above and beyond to create a personal relationship with them and make sure that they have all of the support and assistance they need. It was a pleasure to be in his class and I am sad that I won’t have him again.

Just got a tour and some information on Keiser University here in Largo. Very impressive. The student first philosophy seems to be ingrained in the Staff here. Looks like an excellent program for Nursing and Medical Assistant. Probably excellentnin other areas that I was not privy to.
