From what I could see . The college seem well maintained, clean and organized. Went to drop my Granddaughter off from the holiday break. Her dorm was modern and well maintained also. Its located around a lot of retail business that's walking distance for the students.

They do not care about their students. Faculty are below par. Student benefits for the money are abysmal. Save yourself the heartache and go to East Tennessee State University. They are better in every sense of the word and every measurable quality. APSU is terrible.

Was iffy about this place, coming from NYC and dealing with CUNY administration clowns, but since they hired a new Director of Student Life and Engagement I've really heard current students change their tune. The College of Business has really great folks too. I ended up studying Biomedical Data Science instead which was simply more exciting for me, but I will always treasure my time at APSU especially the ANTS Center. The T-shirt they gave me eventually became too small so I gave it away (probably because I didn't have all the free chicken Alfredo and Bojangles like before lolz). The last thing I will say is there seems to be a big pay discrepancy regarding how much women are paid there versus men, but there's always room for redemption:). Happy America day y'all!

Most people in customer service wherever you call are unprofessional , they act annoyed and they always transfer you to someone else to avoid talking to you. Self registration is complicated. D2L is horrible, I had so many issues with it and called tech support, they said they didn’t know and the professor said it was my responsibility. How does that make sense. APSU needs to update their hubris programs and allow to incorporate AI tools to research to not fall behind. I refuse to use honor-lock in some of the classes since it’s a violation of privacy.

APSU and the Veterans representative screwed me over and it's despicable what they did to me. I was supposed to get Chapter 33 benefits, but a 15 year window was closed by a few months. I am not a Veterans counselor and didn't even know there was such a window existed. They told me everything would be good,but the VA decided to decline my Chapter 33. Now I'm stuck with a bill I can't afford. What the reps should have done was warned me about a expiration. I would have waited for the processing before attending had I known what I know now,but they were just worried about getting pen on paper and sticking me with the bill. Because of this experience I've gotten sick and stressed. I wouldn't have put off work had I known both the VA and APSU were gonna do this to me. They pretend that they care about Vets,but they just want the money. I will be filing this complaint with as many people that will listen.

Updated: I’m on the admission process and by far not a good impression. I’m starting to rethink if I should take another route. They won’t reply to simple emails to help the students out during the admission process. You have to call in order to get a response to your questions. That gives me the impression that they don’t care much about students. When you call to get an answer to a simple question they have a hard time to give you that answer. Only two people that I have spoke with have been helpful and able to respond to my questions. What is so hard to respond an email for a student that is already spending money for admissions and have questions. Update: This people in admissions are the worst. After I completed all off the steps and provided them with all of the documents they needed out of nowhere they added two other things that weren’t there at all. When I was going to apply for tuition the first thing that came up on the website was that there are complaints against this college, so aside from the bad reviews here and my bad experience on top of that there is that. I take this as a sign to steer away from this college. Better now than latter. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

It's been an awesome experience studying here, so much love and smiles. The school thrives on good culture and tolerates no discrimination. Teaching and non-teaching staff are well coordinated and they put students success first. I'll recommend it at all times.
