Illusion Hall

We went for the New Year's Eve Dinner/Dance on December 31, 2022. The cost was $60. It was a very disappointing evening. From the chaotic check in to get our table assignment, to the tasteless and dry chicken dinner which was served around 9:30 pm...it was scheduled for 7:30 pm. The owners over-packed the dance hall to twice its capacity making it impossible to dance on the small dancing floor. Many people left upset/angry, even before the dancing started; it was that bad. We stayed, but, felt cheated and will NEVER attend another event at Illusion Hall.

Place was elegant food had good taste and had nice presentation but they have a second floor that you can see from dance floor and it's a storage looks ugly. air conditioner did not work super hot in there they had 2 fans on floor

Beautiful Venue! ROBD Dance Studio held their event there. Absolutely Lovely hall attentive service by waiters, parking in front and a lot across the front street walk.

Not what I expected if I could have picked a different place I would. No order everything last minute , didn’t stick to the even list no security no guests lists. She would get upset if something was asked we ended up cutting the cake after asking so many times to have it cut and served. It’s supposed to be an easy day for the family sense you pay so much for an event no special effects. After paying the hefty amount for it the Photo Booth it’s a joke.

( i see people still haven't learned more bad teviews on them same issues we had with the owner. Dont say i didnt tell you so never i mean NEVER BOOK HERE WASTE OF MONEY RIP OFFS AND STEALERS SOME OF MY ITEMD NEVER GOT BACK INCLUDING MY IN GRAVED KINGE CAKE CUTTER AND FORKS AND SPOON AS WELL IN GRAVED GROOM AND BRIDE THEY STEAL STUFF SO WATCH OUT. You either read it or don't you don't have to. It's off my mind and husbands and our thoughts we no longer need and we will focus on the love me and him have. God is in control those who do wrong to people. This is more personal on all levels and how I was treated in front of all my family and they saw how u were acting and being. Please let your daughter know, and your son, who bartender and the chef 👨‍🍳 was amazing. The servers were great. But special thanks to your daughter. She knew how to lay it down and host the event and CORDANTE in a claiming matter and not fed to my engery to keep her calm amd knows what need to be done. Everything and kept me clam did exactly everything to keep me happy as it should. I wish nothing but the best for her and the little family . She has nothing but respect at some ponits, and that made us love for us both, showed kindness, and worked as a team. The dj started off shitty played something had nothing to do with the slide show saw him laughing up top don't mess with our family not okay cause next time might get a crazy one be nice to people gets you far in life. I was looking at him played stupid thing on the TV and to tell u the truth I see his fb had that same viedo on one of his events so he did it on purpose and saw my husband head up there he turned it off got acares of him damn right .but towards the end, he got his shit together because my husband Jose Romeo did some wrong doing, but towards the beginning, whether u believe it or not, but towards the end, my husband talked to him, and it went as planned. Thanks to the cake lady, it was a good cake was beautiful loved how she placed the cake toppers and flowers. But most of all.( I

Save your money!! I don’t even know where to begin. The fact that I was told that unlimited drinks were included, and didn’t have the waiters serving my guest. My guest complaint after the wedding how rude and Terrible the waiters were. Or that there was terrible communication between the Owner & her assistant. They forget to informed me they cancelled a food tasting and I showed up for it. It was infuriating because they told me that was the only day so I missed work to attend. Or I specifically stated that I didn’t want guest on the upper level and they put some tables there anyways. We paid extra for an extra table & food & they didn’t have enough seating for all my guest that all RSVP. They also told me not to do a seating chart they’d have someone in charge of seating people and there was no one assisting my guest. The DJ was terrible. I couldn’t hear my entrance song because the music was so low and he talked during the entire entrance. He’s mic was so much louder than the Music. He also cut off my dance with my mother. He put the wrong first dance. I can go on and on of how unorganized this place is. We paid so much money in cash not to get the experience we expected. Save your Money & go elsewhere

We came back for my 2nd daughter's quincenera. 👏 Highly recommend this hall. Very good communication and friendly owners. Will be coming back for my 3rd event.
