UMAC - Chino/Chino Hills

My wife has tried twice now to get a refund for a uniform returned almost 2 weeks ago Both times , the owner has said that he either doesn't know how to issue the refund or that their was an error after telling my wife twice now that he would give her a refund. My wife has gone twice now and they aren't compensating her for her gas or time. We will be disputing the transaction with the bank at this point. I highly don't recommend this location. The owner was wearing a shirt supporting Israel on my daughter's first class day. Maybe keep politics out of a children's karate lesson ? Lol 0 out 5 go elsewhere.

I am updating my review, I had previously left a one star review because an uncomfortable interaction with their instructors. It was miscommunication and I appreciate their end to contact me. They gave me a positive response. I appreciate this highly, I will consider them in the future for sessions once the situation with COVID, gets more under control.

My kids are in karate and they love it. My husband and I attend krav and find it a HUGE tool to have in life. The instructor is very knowledgable and informative. I also tried thier fitness class and it was a great workout. I'm still sore 2 days later!

I love this place. Instructors are very knowledgeable, patient and willing to teach. Staffs and students are all very friendly. A very good place to learn and get in good shape.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and I love it I look forward to going to class every single time the teachers are very hands on and patient they give very clear instructions and demonstration of all techniques being taught and are happy to answer any questions that are asked, worth every penny

Great place for beginner adults. Teaching is awesome and you can quickly and easily improve at your own speed!

Excellent staff and environment for training and learning. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking to learn self-defense.
