I’m not a coffee person, so I can’t suggest anything about it, but some of my friends definitely like their coffee. I occasionally get breakfast from here. I love their morning buns, and their toasts are so delicious! Sourdough, and generous spread of ricotta, is a great pairing for me. And not to forget the seasonal jams that complement the whole toast so well. Definitely would recommend getting any of their cookies as an add-on. I ordered breakfast bowls twice and they looked and tasted so different. So maybe talk to the person taking your order to make sure you get exactly what you want. My friend likes his latte over here. This place is definitely crowded, but surprisingly I never had trouble finding a table. It can also be a bit loud, so be prepared for the crowd, I don’t mind the rush.

If you order takeout the bowls are half the size but the same price — I hope they take note and remedy because a lot of people won’t get takeout there because of it. Service is also verrryy slow for some reason both in store and takeout orders never ready on time. However, such delicious food and coffee and great ambiance so I hope they will perhaps get a manager who can get them more consistent and shorten wait times.

Total vibe. Co-working space is great and the team that runs it is awesome. Felt right at home the moment I walked in. Coffee is delicious too. All around one of the best spots in NorCal.

THIS IS IT! If you’re scrolling google reviews trying to decide where to go for coffee in Chico, this is it! Their coffee was unbeatable with their (what looked to be) homemade syrups. I got a vanilla latte with oat milk and it was perfect. I got the avocado toast and my mom got the morning bowl. The avocado toast with disgusting in my opinion - don’t get it unless you want bland avocado with a thick layer of taco seasoning on top. But the coffee was so good, that despite this avocado toast being probably the worst I’ve had, I still am confident this is the best coffee place in town. If I had to order again I would definitely get that 5 grain bowl with dates it looked so good. My mom’s bowl was delicious it had toasted quinoa, black beans and arugula. YUM!

Coffee was great, food was great. I had time to have another latte, and got a coffee bean bag to go. Great atmosphere. And very cool building.

i’ve tried stoble twice now, and while i want to love them i just can’t. the matcha is always watery, and expensive if you want non dairy milk and syrup at a dollar each! when i pay a whole dollar for vanilla syrup i want it to taste like vanilla and be sweet, not barely there. the toasts i’ve had are hit or miss. the prosciutto one was good, but when i had one with egg the toast was rock hard and the egg had gross snotty whites. if you’re looking for a similar vibe at a lesser price point i reccomend union coffee club in oroville.

Great little coffee shop. Beautiful decor. Plenty of sitting space. I ordered the morning bowl and it was delicious. Coffee & service was amazing also. Homemade syrups available. A must try if in the area.
