Today i got serviced by Keyara and im so happy with the results! She washed my hair very good and set me under the dryer then gave me a silk pressed and cut my hair. Awesome Service!!

Alison- Amazing. She took me from a hot mess to a superstar. The whole process from start to finished was professional and encouraging. She was great when washing and massaging my scalp, I almost feel asleep. She also checked in to make sure that I was comfortable and making sure the style and the process was what I wanted.

I love coming here! The students are so knowledgeable about hair, and the teachers are amazing mentors who really support the students growth. My hair is thriving thanks to them, and the prices are affordable, which makes it easy to keep up with regular maintenance.

I called empire to enquire about a double process, I was told to come in for a patch test I asked what times were available and was told that any one that day would be fine. I arrived at the school at 2:30 I was then told they were not helping anyone until after 5 pm upon the student change, I informed the receptionist that I had just spoke to someone 20 minutes prior, and was told to come in for a patch test. The girl was extremely rude rolled her eyes and said just a minute, another woman came out and did the patch test, she asked if we had a picture of what the hair style was, so we showed the picture and she said they could do it to call on Monday to set an appointment. I called I. Got the appointment set for Tuesday went to the salon at 9:30 am like scheduled and was then told they couldn’t achieve the color we desired which was going from brown to blonde, I informed them we were told it would be possible and the head instructor said they were not capable of doing the style,. I would highly recommend unless you are looking for a very basic haircut not to use Empire. And they should teach their students better customer service skills as part of their curriculum.

I have never been so happy going to empire it’s a relaxing place to meet Mykayla my special beautician she has helped me to learn how to take care of hair and she does it without shaming me. What a wonderful place. Try Empire you will see what I mean
