Taichi Bubble Tea Downtown

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I have been to MANY Ramen places (like, at least 30) and NEVER has one beaten how good this Ramen is. Tonkatsu Ramen with pork. *chefs kiss* AMAZING. Come here all the time with my family, we live in Georgia and drive 2+ hours just to eat here. Reasonable prices, calm atmosphere, just wonderful.

My boyfriend I loved the ramen and boba here! The booths within the restaurant were also nice, they offered much more privacy than most restaurants (perfect for slurping noodles without worrying about what other patrons think!) I would definitely come here again if I ever find myself in the Chattanooga area. 🙂 Ramen restaurants are hard to come by and this is one of the good ones!

The staff were all very patient and helpful as we were very new to the experience here. We all got the Tonkatsu so I can't speak to the rest of the menu but it was amazing! We can't wait to go back.

Went here because it was conveniently located to our hotel. The tonkotsu ramen was surprisingly good. And I also got their bubble tea. Highly recommend this place.

Placed my order at 8:40, walked in at around 8:55… no one even spoke to me for the first five minutes of standing there. Not even a hello or acknowledgment or "we’ll be right with you." Then I finally said something just for the lady to tell me our drinks weren’t ready. Okay fine. We wait some more. 10 minutes later the manager comes around to tell me they don’t even have what we ordered. It was a waste of time. Giving 3 stars because the substitute drinks weren’t ready good but ultimately left dissatisfied due to the careless service and not having what I wanted. I drove over 20 minutes to get here.

Stopped by to get matcha milk tea. We greeted the lady behind the counter warmly and she stared back not saying a word. We ordered our drinks which were good but we won't be coming back for the food like we initially planned. I don't expect someone to light up when a customer walks in but if you're the only customer in a business I would expect at least light engagement

Taichi has some pretty good food and drinks. We've ordered countless times throughout the years, both in-store and delivery, and the quality has always been consistent. We've never had complaints about the freshness of the ingredients or the amount of food. I usually get the 3 protein poke bowl for the most bang for your buck vs the sushi burrito and their premade bowls (like the Poke Mazing) and ramen were great as well.
