I really enjoy shopping at Total Wine & More. One of the best things about this store is how efficient they are with the checkout process the lines usually move quickly every day of the week (except for New Year’s, when it’s understandably packed). It makes the experience so much smoother compared to other big retail stores. What keeps me coming back is the wide variety they offer. They always have new items available to sample, and I’ve actually discovered and purchased different liquors that I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It makes every visit a little bit of an adventure, and I always leave with something new to enjoy. They also do a great job of offering more than just products. Between the classes and events, it feels like they really want customers to learn and expand their knowledge about wine, beer, and spirits not just buy them. It’s a great resource whether you’re new to trying different drinks or already have experience. On top of that, their rewards program is another reason I like shopping here. Earning points on purchases adds extra value and gives me a reason to keep coming back. The store also carries cigars, snacks, and glassware, so it’s easy to grab everything you need for entertaining in one place. Overall, Total Wine & More isn’t just a liquor store it’s an experience. I was especially impressed with their wine chocolates, which my cousins back home absolutely love. On my last trip, I picked up more than five bars of these chocolate-alcohol blends, and they were a big hit. We had a great experience here with manager Tim Galvin. He provided us with an excellent private tasting experience for our wedding. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed and appreciated it! He also really came in clutch, because I lost our alcohol list and he was able to locate it and get our order in on time for our big day. This is my first time shopping at Total Wine & I’m definitely going to return. Great customer service, the employees were very attentive & answered every question. I love an organized store. I came searching for the wine my husband & I had on the night we got engaged & I was instantly able to find the aisle online & go right to it. Would definitely recommend!

Always enjoy advice from Esteban. He knows so much about wine! They have areas that show the top picks. Lots of inexpensive top picks as well as luxury. Erika was amazing at checkout. This is my usual location as the section is great and the employees are usually very nice. Prices can be high but that’s what you pay for the convenience of selection. But today the sample seller at the front of the store was extremely judgmental when I didn’t choose to buy her vodka and bought a different one instead. She was looking around the corner at me holding it and then was trying to talk me out of buying it even though it was the one I usually buy… I actually really enjoyed the drinks she had the sample but the whole interaction was so off putting… but you unfortunately can’t avoid it as the desks are always at the front. The other sample sellers were great. I am just genuinely surprised and frustrated at the front sellers attitude. This store is a 25 minute drive for us so it would be great to not be judged while we are shopping especially since we are here regularly and choose the longer drive since we like the store.
