PEL Learning Center - Castro Valley

Both our boys have been go to PEL since 2021. With Michael and his teams supports, the kids were thriving. We highly recommend them to all our friends. PEL staffs are super nice and patience with kids.

PEL Learning in Castro Valley has been the Best Education choice we made for our daughter. She was struggling in both English and Math. Michael and his team worked patiently with her, pushed her to do better when she needed it, pulled back when she seemed overwhelmed, and ensured she had good foundational skills to continue in higher levels. She is performing well in school and state testing. I highly recommend Michael and his team for your children's educational benefit.

Appreciate the instructors at PEL - Castro Valley. Very professional, kind and patient. Great math and English program as well!

I truly feel that the instructor cares about the kids! Great service, great program, great instructor! Would recommend to anyone who is seeking academic help for your child! 🙏

My Little girl got enrolled to this program at 4 years old,and there has been a huge change academic level.

Staff is attentive and helped my kid improve in Math and English. If you’re looking for a place that can give extra support and encourage your child, they will. I’ve seen improvement after enrolling my son for only a couple months. Great place!
