I had an amazing experience!The staff was friendly, really great place to bring your kids. The teacher for my son ,her name is Sandra. She's unmatched. She really know her thing,when i came with my son he was nonverbal and now since the teacher been working with him .I have a new boy .Shes great with kids and my son Giovanni love her ,shes passionate on what she do.thank you so much teacher Sandra .You awesome

The therapists (especially Emily) demonstrate professionalism, patience, and genuine dedication, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence. Through consistent communication and individualized care, we have seen meaningful improvements in our daughter's communication, motor, and daily living skills. Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the reviews from parents who have taken their children to Language of Learning. The therapists were very kind, and my child genuinely looked forward to attending speech therapy each week. I did notice some improvement in his confidence when it came to speaking. However, the experience with the front desk was extremely frustrating. I frequently received calls while already on my way to appointments asking if we could change the time or come in earlier or later. On more than one occasion, I was told an appointment had been canceled, only to later receive a message asking if I could bring my child in the same day. As a full-time working parent, this lack of consideration for people’s time made it very difficult to manage my schedule. There were also instances where I left work for an appointment, only to be told it needed to be pushed back. It’s unfortunate that the owner has not addressed these ongoing issues or taken steps to replace the front desk staff with someone more considerate, as it ultimately detracts from the otherwise positive experience with the therapists.

I appreciate the overall service provided — the staff was courteous and professional, and I felt supported throughout my visit. There were definitely individuals who went above and beyond to make the environment feel welcoming and respectful. That said, I believe there’s a significant need for more diversity among the therapists, especially for people of color. It’s important to have professionals who not only understand cultural context but also communicate clearly and fluently in English. This gap can make it harder for clients to feel fully heard and understood, which is essential for effective care. The foundation is there, but expanding the team with more culturally competent therapists who speak great English would make a meaningful difference

Let me start by saying the therapists were great. My review is not a reflection of them. My son really bonded with Ms Liz. Unfortunately the poor management, poor communication, and nasty attitude of the receptionist led me to withdrew my son from this practice. Save yourself the headache and seek services elsewhere.

I cannot express how happy I am with EVERYONE here. From front desk to all of the Therapists. My son has almost been going a month and we’ve seen such progress and he honestly LOVES coming to speech therapy. Every lesson they talk about what your child learned that day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Truly a group of therapists that are like family. I have worked in the medical industry for over 10 years and it is difficult to find people that are passionate about what they do. These therapists are saints and never seem to have a bad day, even after rough Sessions with my son. My son’s communication skills have improved so much that I am so grateful for them. Doing therapy for your children might seem scary, but Language Of Learning has helped me navigate this process with structure and ease.
