Mei Mei Dumplings - Factory, Cafe and Classroom

We booked a private dumpling making class to celebrate my 40th birthday with 30 friends. It was the best evening ever! Alyssa was so helpful in planning, from figuring out food, drinks, the flow of the evening, it was really easy to plan and fit within my budget. The class itself was well thought out, seamless and so professional. Our friends had so much fun and are still raving about it. We learned great techniques! And all the food was delicious and filling. The craft cocktails were also amazing. Overall, I was so impressed, and everyone at Mei Mei was so kind. It was an incredibly special evening and I can't recommend it enough.

Had the most incredible time here!! Booked a private dumpling making class for our group of 10 friends, celebrating the wedding of my sister and brother-in-law. Right from the inquiry process to the follow up - the entire process was smoothly led and coordinated by Gabby who was kind enough to clarify all queries, customise dumpling fillings basis allergy, and accommodate last minute add-ons! Rachel, our instructor, ensured a subtle yet crucial balance of everyone learning and catching up along yet giving us enough time and space to mingle / laugh / crack jokes / further our conversations! The make your own sauce bar was definitely the highlight along with the technique of pan-searing that was fairly new to all of us! Also a huge shout out for ensuring a one-off top ul of the roasted vegetables! What we opted for: Scallion cheddar filling, 5 spice tofu filling, lemongrass pork filling Additional add-ons (buffet style): Salad, seasonal roasted vegetables, edamame, scallion pancakes The morning ended with happy stomachs and even happier hearts! We got to pack the remaining food, drinks, and were sent away with detailed instruction cards for future cooking. Needless to say, we also ended up shopping a bit at the merchandise corner 🙂 Thanks to the entire team!

My friend and I took the dumpling making class at Mei Mei. It was so much fun! The instructors were so nice. It was a great, interactive event that I would highly recommend to anyone-solo, with a friend, or partner!

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with her friends. They had a blast! What a fun & interactive experience with a bonus; food to bring home & share! I HIGHLY recommend for ANY age who appreciates cuisine.

Our group of four took the dumpling making class. The instructor was really good and easy to follow and the additional staff were super Helpful.All of the materials needed were available and the dumplings were banging! We were able to purchase drinks during the class, food to go and an emotional support stuffed dumpling too

Living close by, I've been a fan of Mei Mei Dumplings for a while! Their food is delicious. I recently attended a dumpling making class with my partner, and it was a really great time! Agnes was an excellent instructor, and we appreciated the extra little details throughout — be it the complimentary Spindrifts, the extensive sauce station, the optional cocktail menu, or the laminated instructions and recipes to take home after. I just wish Mei Mei's cafe/restaurant was open later... please consider closing at 8 instead for those of us craving your food for dinner!
