Cozymeal Cooking Classes

What a warm and wonderful evening of food prep, conversation, education and then devouring the many delicious Thai dishes we cooked. Chef Shailini was a delight and kept us all involved with our tasks while we learned about the food and its origin. Shailini is a superb story teller and an expert in making everyone feel at ease -no matter their cooking experience. Her home was welcoming and her personality a delight! Highly recommend experiencing one of her cooking classes. She clearly has a passion for food and a desire to share that love of cooking with her students (young and old!)

The class was informative and entertaining. Between Chef Valentina and a great group of people taking the class. We learned a lot along with having lots of laughs. Chef Magdalena was a big help also and very personable. We will most likely take more classes but bring friends along. Thanks for a great class

We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Lisa today in her eclectic Boston flat. My mom, my husband and I had a private cooking class where we baked beautiful blue macaroons and whipped up macaroons for snacking throughout the process, while enjoying beverages we brought with us. Lisa explained the science behind baking merengue and shared her worldly knowledge while we laughed and learned tips and tricks along the way. It was a delightful day, and we walked away with a bag full of goodies and feeling like we made a new friend and a new skill. Can’t wait to book another class soon!!

Chef Lisa is an excellent trainer! She is very personable, very knowledgeable about food, and gives great instruction. My wife and I had a wonderful time and look forward to seeking out new menus to work with.

Chef experience was awesome! We had Chef John P. who was helped by Annie? It was interactive and the tiramisu was def the highlight. Perfect for a group our size and the set up and pre-prep made it simple and educational. Loved it!

This was an absolutely fantastic class! Lisa is immensely knowledgeable, witty, and fun. We learned so much, really enjoyed our time, and came out with delicious macarons and macaroons, that were wiped out at the party tonight. Special props - the desserts, while clearly high-end, were easy to make with Lisa’s careful prep, clear instructions, and deep explanations. She also has a knack for connecting with people, so we felt very welcomed and comfortable at her kitchen. Oh yeah - did I mention that the desserts came out heavenly?

I was looking online for a local cooking class to gift my boyfriend, and I came across cozy meals. He is gluten-free, and I was able to find a chocolate tutorial class with chef Lisa. I am so glad I purchased this class! Lisa was very responsive prior to the class. Giving me details about parking, directions, and very accommodating with food allergies. The class took place at her home, where she supplied all of the ingredients and equipment. She had such a warm, cozy space that it felt like we were at a close friend's house! Lisa was so friendly and welcoming. Super informative about what we were going to be doing and helped us along the way. She was supportive and thoughtful but kept the class really fun! The chocolate was delicious, and we had plenty of treats to take home! I would definitely recommend a class with Lisa, and I look forward to doing more in the future! 10/10 recommend!!
