The Learning Experience - Bolingbrook

Our daughter started at TLE Bolingbrook in the fall and we quickly saw how great of an environment it is for her. The whole staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and it is clear that they create a positive and engaging learning environment for their kiddos. As an early childhood education professional myself I am extremely critical of childcare centers, especially for my own child, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the teachers and environment at TLE. Our child has blossomed since starting there, and I know it is thanks to her teachers and the caring and educational environment they provide daily.

I feel so blessed to have found The Learning Experience for my son. From the very beginning, the teachers welcomed him with so much love and patience, and that gave me such peace of mind as a parent. The staff treat every child like their own, and it truly shows. They celebrate the little milestones, encourage learning through play, and comfort the kids when they need extra care. My son has grown so much—not just academically, but also in his confidence and friendships. My son recently lost his dad and our world was turned upside down. During such a heartbreaking time, Ms. Melany, Ms. Lacey, Ms. Marquise and the rest of the staff became a source of comfort, stability, and safety. Drop offs have been extremely challenging, but they support me by gently talking to him, distracting him, playing with me and supporting his needs. We are especially grateful for Ms. Melany as she has empathized with us and has supported us 120%, going above and beyond her normal work tasks to care for my baby. This means the world to me and I cannot thank her and the whole team enough. They don’t just care for him—they love him through his grief. The patience, gentle reassurance, and extra hugs they give my son help him cope, learn and enjoy going to daycare again. The Learning Experience has become like family to us, and I am forever grateful for the love and kindness they pour into my child each day.

We absolutely love The Learning Experience Bolingbrook! The center is always bright, welcoming, and full of happy, engaged children. The staff truly go above and beyond to make every child feel safe and loved. A huge shoutout to the center directors, Lacey and Tawania — their leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for the families and team shine through in everything they do. They are always available, responsive, and truly invested in creating the best possible experience for every child. You can feel the warmth and sense of community the moment you walk through the doors. I highly recommend The Learning Experience if you’re looking for a fun, safe, and educational program for your child. The director, Lacey, is knowledgeable, caring, and truly brings joy and creativity into learning. The entire environment feels welcoming and supportive for both children and families. My children have been attending TLE for over 2 years and I am very pleased with the care they have received from their teachers thus far. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell that they truly care about the kids. I feel very comfortable leaving them knowing they will be well taken care of.

Teacher Melany and Teacher Mack are both amazing with our son. Teacher Mack is so patient and helpful during drop offs, which can be really hard for our kiddo. She makes the morning transition so much easier for him and for us. Teacher Melany gives great support throughout the whole day. She really cares about him and knows exactly how to help when he's having a tough time. You can tell they both love their job and want all their kids to do well. Our son has gotten so much better since being in their class. We're really thankful for everything they do. They don't just teach, they really look out for our boy.

Great experience here! The teachers and Ms Lacey the Director were super accommodating for my family's needs. They went above and beyond! So sad we had to leave due to finding a closer location to home.
