My workplace chose Season and Taste for a private event to celebrate Christmas. Chef Christina's passion for creating an exciting experience that accommodates the participants is unmatched. Chef Andy was a blast and many are looking forward to booking the public classes!

My husband and I took the "Cooking with Wine" class, which included parmesan risotto with Chardonnay and shrimp with prosecco, shallots, and parmesan. Despite a bit of roughness with scheduling, the chef/teacher was welcoming and very kind. He was friendly, attentive, and full of really good information. I was impressed with how on-top of every group's heat settings he was and I thought he spent the appropriate balance of time between technical talk and friendly conversation. The set-up was really pretty, and we had absolutely all the tools we needed when we needed them. The only improvement I could possibly suggest is to be allowed to make the cream sauce for the dessert, but I also understand that we had already been cooking a good while and everyone was hungry for the main course. I really want to go back and do another class. This was worth the money!

My daughter in law and I attended the Winter comfort class on 11/29. The class was wonderful and the chef kept things interesting and fast moving. He made things very simple so that we could do this at home. We were told that all the recipes would be emailed to us, however when we received the recipes, the only thing that was included from our class was the beef wellington. There was no recipe for the brussel sprouts or the mashed potatoes as well as the eggnog desert. I emailed more that 6 times and called leaving a message and have yet to receive an acknowledgement of my inquiry. Although the class was good the response to the promised recipes has not been acceptable. We were hoping to make the brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes for the upcoming holiday however that is doubtful now. So disappointed in the lack of communication. Update: January 26-After a month I did hear from them and finally received the recipes. Unfortunately it was after Christmas when we had hoped to use the recipes

I give this place a five-star review. The Italian food we cooked was amazing. The environment was calm and good. Working with other customers was just fine. Chef Danny was great to work with. I'll definitely be signing up for more classes.

Not very satisfied with my experience today. We signed up for the sushi making class and 1. the rice wasn't cooked and 2. $80 was very expensive for what we ended up getting out of the experience. Our chef Danny was great, interactive, and fun to engage with overall; however, would occasionally comment about how regular sushi restaurants are ripping us all off because they are charging $10-$20 a roll when we could make it for cheaper ourselves... Then why are you charging $80 per person for this class when only one of the rolls has any fish in it? Also how can you be teaching a sushi class and not even have the rice cooked properly, that's like the majority of the battle with sushi?

I put together a private event as an industry gathering. Chef Christina was phenomenal in helping plan, brainstorm and ultimately execute the whole event. I was worried with me being from out of state would add a level of complexity, but Christina kept in constant communication. The event was a huge success. We did a friendly competition and everyone said it was one of the best "work" networking events they had gone to! The Chef and her team were attentive, helpful, responsive, professional and genuine. It was the perfect evening and I would highly recommend, if you’re looking for a fun team-building or a fun engaging work event, give Chef Christina a call. Can’t wait to do it again!
