Great gym. Good for general fitness and 10/10 MMA training. There’s great striking, grappling, and strength and conditioning available with a stellar staff.

I was there years ago, trained everyday, strength and conditioning, jiujitsu, and muy thai for a month straight. What made me stop coming was the fact that they let some people who say they have experience get promoted within a week. Then the coaches, especially Kenny doesn't take criticism when I made that comment. I was told I wasn't a martial artist by Kenny. So I moved on, I guess I'll just protect myself with gun jitsu. I had prior experience before coming to Spartan but I was humble enough to try to learn their way. But they do pick favorites, well at least from when I came there. I hope others will have a better experience than I had.

I love it here, great teachers its like soon as you walk through them doors its like peace of mind. I love learning new things.

I have been training at Spartan Fitness for over a year now and it has honestly been such a positive experience! The community at the gym has been nothing short of supportive and uplifting. Moved here two years ago and found Spartan Fitness. Love training and learning here. Classes for all ages and levels, or just fantastic fitness classes to keep you in shape. As a side benefit I’ve made a ton of friends along the way!

I have been at Spartan right at a year. I have done several sports over the years but had never tried any type of martial arts or striking class. I was about as lost as you can be starting out but the coaches were great. After about 3 months of being at the gym I signed 3 of my kids up (ranging from ages 8-17). Which has made for great conversations with my family. I have worked with several of the coaches individually which has been awesome and even decided to jump into a smaller private group to help accelerate my training.

Very friendly staff and classes are full of highly motivated people willing to push you to suceed.
