This WaBa location looks like it’s a run down location. There are light bulbs that are out that haven’t been replaced and the ones that have been replaced are different shades compared to the rest. On the menu area there is a flickering light and there is a burnt out bulb. The customer service was terrible. I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and they told me it’s for customers only. I was well aware of that but I just really had to go to the restroom first before I ordered. So I was like ok I’ll order then she goes off finishing an order and kept me waiting to order. Once I ordered she went away and did another order. I asked could I get to the key to the restroom and she gave me a nasty face and said let me just finish this order. I’m like what the heck come on I need to use the restroom. Then when she felt like it she finally let me use the restroom but she didn’t give me the key no she went to go open the door for me. The restroom was nasty there was no toilet seat covers so whoever needed to do 2 would have to squat or use toilet paper. Water on the floor or at least that’s what it looked like. At one point I heard the cook give a nasty cough and now I’m worried if he was sick and am I going to get sick. Once I got my order the chicken was a bit burnt but the steak was good. The gyoza wasn’t even crispy or well cooked. It was all soft and wiggly like ew. The lettuce was really drenched in dressing as was the chicken and beef. Maybe that’s why the beef was good by the extra sauce it got. The food portion size was also pretty small. I don’t know how this business is still here after my experience. Maybe other got treated better but I for sure did not feel welcomed or would ever return to this WaBa. I have been to other WaBas and have had a great experience but today was not one of those days. No wonder so many people take their orders to go.

Chicken was very hard and tasted like it had been pre grilled, put to the side, then grilled again when an order was placed. Please dont do this. The veggies weren't cooked all the way. The rice was ok.

Went in for a quick lunch and was mildly disappointed to have waited 15-20min for dry overyly cooked chicken that tasted as if had been previously cooked, set aside and re-heated. I would not purchase again from this particular establishment for this is the 3rd time this has happend. Perhaps that is their method of service, but I find it unreasonable. Other establishments serve freshly grilled chicken and freshly cooked sides and so can they. I will say that the dumplings & tofu were by far my favorite and would actually recommend because they tasted as if they were cooked to order, not sitting around. Of course their not handmade but still better than dried out burnt grilled chicken. Please work on a better quality brown rice, it too could use some work. It was also quite dry and hard.

First time at waba grill and this location there was 2 guys in there that looked miserable... I grabbed those boom boom tacos and the flavor was soo nasty it does not go well together. I also grabbed a chicken teriyaki and rice plate the rice was dry and tasteless the presentation was also very sad and thrown together like slop. i see why it was soo empty The gyoza was probably the only good thing there

I just bought this chicken bowl, but it's very little, I don't know if there is a measurement or it's because they want to make it that ,In my experience I have bought in other places and the portions is better.

I placed an online order. 3 chicken bowls. Cashier had a bad attitude. This is unacceptable for $8 a bowl. I wish I would have checked my order before leaving.
