The building is very old and it’s always freezing cold inside. The bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting even when there "cleaned" and the teachers (though they are very friendly and helpful) are abit dated in there teaching methods. A lot of the class rooms have things in them from what looks like it was a kindergartner’s room back in the 60-70’s. I mean if you don’t really care about all that, I would still recommend this place because it’s free and the teachers genuinely love to teach.

I have been trying several times to get a ged. But unfortunately I can't seem to get a teacher who will explain and move slow enough and not multitasking to a point where if I'm confused and asked questions their response is what - to my response. I'd rather take a higher risk and take the test online. Because teachers are more frustrating than the stress I'm feeling. I feel just as lost with a teacher as I do without nothing to lose.

Can't even get assistance because everyone except for the person who answers the phone leaves at 12 on a weekday. Very professional. I email people and never get a response. I call them and no one knows the correct information so I go from person to person trying to get help, with no response. I guess part of their job is ignoring students.
