Ben's Tune Up

Came to Ben’s Tune Up with a group of friends and honestly, it was such a vibe. The bar staff were super chill and friendly – shoutout to the legend who made us a fruity Sex on the Beach that totally hit the spot. The whole place has this cool, slightly random backyard energy that makes you feel right at home. Great for catching up, chatting rubbish, and just enjoying the night. Would def come back – 10/10 good vibes.

Tried their sake flight which was pretty decent. The nigori sake was well balanced with a hint of yogurt flavor. Other sakes weren’t as dry as I like, but still drinkable and able to scratch the sake cravings. The vibe has the post apocalyptic car garage feel, not something I’d expect for a sake place but still interesting.

Fantastic service and tasty food. The biggest reason for the 5-Stars is the uniqueness that you can't find anywhere else at a reasonable price! If your in the area, would absolutely recommend. We're from the Charlotte area and make a trip to Asheville about every 2-3 months. Our most recent trip we were laughing when we realized that this is the only place that when we're planning - we ensure we always include it in our plans

This place is always on our list! Super yummy sake and crazy amounts of beer variety. Support now, as they seek to get back on line with their food menus. The floods really brought back a part of Asheville we missed.

This beer garden is such a beautiful, large space in this area of Asheville! Our sake was phenomenal and the bartender who took care of us during the sapphic market was extremely knowledgeable about their offerings. I tried the Painkiller and the sake cider, both were smooth and delicious. The kitchen was closed during this event and it wasn't clear why but wasn't an issue. There was amble amounts of paid parking lots close by, though I would be extra cautious and aware walking in this area after dark. My friends and I loved the zen and inclusive vibes here so we'll be back once their kitchen reopens eventually.

The Vietnamese Fries were really yummy! Tender sweet beef with Sriracha sauce over the top. And it was definitely a meals worth of food.

I really enjoyed this place, although we got there pretty early and it wasn’t busy. I liked the sake but I’ll be honest, I’m not a sake connoisseur by any means. The star as far as food goes was the nachos. The won tons stayed super crunchy and the sauce was very tangy. The Brussels sprouts were delicious as well. I like the indoor outdoor vibe. There was lots of unique seating areas too.
