Went to 3 different buildings, and all of them smell horrible. Imagine a cat ladies house with a bad pee smell. Its like that but weed. It is so strong and no matter where you go you cant escape it. Every room I went to was just as bad as the last. Its like someone is spraying Ganga scented fabreeze in every room and hallway. Reflects who and what type of person goes here. Definitely about to pick a different school. One with standards, rules that are enforced, and students that respect a public area.

Classes are solid, professors actually care, and campus life is way better than I expected. The only real downside is housing. Maintenence takes forever, and the price definitely doesn’t match the quality you’re getting. But outside of that, the university is honestly amazing. I'd recommend off campus housing tho.

Terrible school. It’s supposedly tuition free for families who make less than a certain level of income, but it’s not true. What a scam. The staff is not helpful either. What a rip off of a school. No wonder higher education attendance is in decline. It’s not worth the cost and hassle.

Good luck talking to financial aid and advising. They don’t answer the phone and if they do expect to be on hold 2 hours. God forbid you’re a working adult with real life responsibilities who just so happens to be an online student and you need to speak with someone. They also don’t respond to emails either. There is no customer service whatsoever for online students. Please reconsider going somewhere else. Once you’re enrolled, you’re dead to them.

A system that punishes students for its own delays This administrative system is deeply flawed and unfair. Requests submitted on time are routinely processed late especially around holidays yet students are the ones punished financially for delays they have absolutely no control over. I followed the rules, submitted my drop requests within the stated deadlines, and acted in good faith. However, because the university took days to process approvals, the system retroactively assigned later "effective dates," reducing refunds and marking withdrawals. Instead of acknowledging internal delays, responsibility was shifted entirely onto the student. What makes this worse is the complete lack of understanding or accountability. Accelerated courses with compressed timelines give students almost no realistic window to assess workload, yet the system shows zero flexibility. The message is clear: no matter how responsibly you act, you pay the price for administrative inefficiency. This process is rigid, outdated, and disconnected from student reality. A university should not profit from its own slow processing while blaming students for the consequences

they discriminate against transfer students when evaluating for certain programs! also, it is almost impossible to get in contact with someone over the phone; this is especially frustrating as an online student. do not recommend.

I earned my first degree here and decided to stay for my master’s because it seemed easier than transferring. Unfortunately, my experience at the master’s level has been disappointing. Most professors do not seem to care or make an effort to help. At first, I thought it was just one or two classes, but over time I realized that almost every professor I had was vague and unengaged. I came here wanting to learn and grow, but that hasn’t happened. Financial aid has also been a major issue. During my undergrad, it was my only way to pay for school, and their communication was poor then—and still is. When you call, staff usually know very little and tell you to email instead, but emails often take more than 10 days to get even a partial response. At one point, they withheld my financial aid for the last payment on a course, forcing me to take out a loan to cover it. Two weeks later, they emailed saying they had misread the information and issued a refund. Not everyone can afford to take out a loan like that, especially when they depend heavily on financial aid. Overall, communication between departments, students, and professors is poor, and I have not seen any improvement during my time here. I would only recommend this school if you already have the knowledge and just need to pass the tests for a quick degree. If your goal is to truly learn and develop, I suggest going somewhere else.
