Plenty of close individual instruction, group fitness, and enhancement of athleticism. With a substantial focus on the acrobatics of injury mitigation and joint manipulation, expect to spend a lot of time between the air and the ground as well as on your feet working techniques. A safe environment for kids and adults to train In discipline, but light on practical fighting and sparring. If you’re looking to work out your aggression punching and kicking people in the head on the regular, while there is an occasional integration of sparring here, this isn’t an MMA gym where you suit up in full contact gear.

I could have gotten in my car, drove literally 3 minutes to my chiropractor... But I didn't. I drove 45 minutes, instead, to see Mr. Middleton, and I have no regrets. The results I saw in one day with Middleton, would have cost me triple the amount and spanned several sessions with my previous chiropractor. I know where I'm going from now on...
