It's a wonderful school minus the bad reviews, as someone who (I) attends school here, I can say it only needs an improvement with the guards and the janitors, they seem to follow a student from floor to floor as theres no way they cleaned each girls and guys restroom in five minutes per floor, both restrooms, and they'll just push the cart to the elevator lobby and sit there uncomfortably in silence scrolling their phone while I'm trying to charge mine. They don't have their hands and shout, but it's pretty obvious the cart pushing staff are a little introvertedly weird / strange characters...

My time there was not friendly when the worker and teacher and counselor are not helpful when I ask something that was easy to answer, but they got upset and thinking I need to hear better. My ears for a long time ago they know about why I can't hear that is mess up in there side. I even drop out because they give me too much of a hard time there.

NOCE is not the place for me or anyone that has disabilities and I think they are taking advantage of us because I told them I prefer the canvas app and they said they do not recommend using the canvas app. Then why do you have it still it doesn’t make any sense to me, oh and the female teachers are so rude and disrespectful that they can’t even help me or serve justice for me to make me or the customers happy. Not even outside apps like google slides and emails are dis able because of there poorly policy. This makes me have no hope for this facility is just full of junk and they waste your time.

The collage was so bad that when I ask the teacher something they got upset and get on my face and tell me to shut up and learn. The counselor was not really helpful and did not tell me what I need to do and give me random class. If you want to really learn pick somewhere else

Several student have experienced ongoing issues with a staff/ Teacher: Lily. These concerns have been openly discussed on Instagram and other platforms; however, it appears that the school has systematically deleted all related comments and messages. Students were advised to direct concerns to Margue Abab, yet multiple students have reported this to Abab and have been either ignored or dismissed without proper remedies. The message below is the most recent submission on Instagram: like all previous ones, it too has been removed by the school ; Hello David, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m genuinely glad to hear that your time at NOCE has been a positive and supportive one. It’s important that voices like yours are heard, especially when they reflect meaningful personal progress and growth. NOCE does have some amazing staff, John Paul, along with several other staff members like him: represents the kind of care, professionalism, and support that should be the standard across the board. We can recognize positive experiences and still hold institutions accountable when harm is done. That said, I also want to be transparent about why concerns were raised. Unfortunately, not every student has had the same experience. Recently, one of the instructors was overheard gossiping with another instructor, making deeply inappropriate and discouraging remarks about a student, referring to them as "stupid and dumb," laughing about the fact that they were unaware they wouldn’t be graduating, and claiming that the student only complains and uses "keywords" to gain attention from supervisors. Even more disparaging remarks were made during this exchange, further demeaning the student’s character and intelligence. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any educational environment. Whether or not all students have personally witnessed it, does not negate the reality that others have. Every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and uplifted, not mocked, dismissed, or ridiculed in the classroom or behind closed doors. What’s especially concerning is that some of these individuals hold the power to evaluate and grade students’ work. When students brave enough to voice mistreatment are then subjected to gossip or retaliation, it raises serious concerns about fairness, professionalism, and accountability, particularly when no visible corrective action has been taken. While there has been feedback that Gypsy has greatly made noticeable improvements and has taken steps to correct her behavior, the ongoing unprofessional conduct from Lily and Angela suggests that little to no accountability has been enforced. In fact, it’s been noted that one was even promoted, which raises serious concerns about how such behavior is being handled, if at all. We should all want to hold our institutions to the highest standards, not just for ourselves, but for every student striving to succeed despite personal or academic challenges. I’m not here to invalidate your experience, only to emphasize that multiple truths can coexist, and all deserve acknowledgment, respect, and resolution. When students are brave enough to speak up, institutions must be brave enough to take action. Silence protects the problem, not the students. When students are brave enough to speak up, institutions must be brave enough to take action

Not even fully signed up and this school sold my phone number to spam callers!! I've had to block several out of state numbers since last week. Definitely won't be enrolling, as this just leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

*UPDATE another student review shared on Instagram included below: If you're currently enrolled in the high school program, I highly recommend exploring alternatives such as Cypress or Fullerton. Many students have had negative experiences with 3 staff members—Lily, Angela , and Gypsy—whose behavior has been consistently unprofessional and inappropriate. In particular, students have reported feeling the need to rely on one another for assistance just to avoid interactions with Lily, whose conduct has been vulgar and tyrannical. Lily, Angela, and Gypsy have spoken to students in a demeaning manner, often going out of their way to belittle and discourage them. These concerns have been brought to the attention of their superiors; however, it appears that the issues have been largely ignored or dismissed. It is deeply concerning that individuals who create such a hostile environment continue to represent the program. Every student deserves to feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed. Until meaningful change is made, it’s vital to raise our voices, hold institutions accountable, and protect the integrity of our learning environments. If you have experienced mistreatment, do not stay silent. Speak up. No student should be subjected to this kind of behavior, No student should have to jeopardize their academic success, and no institution should tolerate staff who undermine the respect and well-being of those they serve. *Instagram Review: I have experienced ill treatment from them, as well as observed them mistreat others. It's absolutely bully behavior. I dropped the program. They definitely create obstacles and target people. My friend tried to get help on her studies. Lily would make her feel like she was bothering her and belittle her. She asked a classmate for help. Lily kicked out the classmate stating they were "disrupting her class". She has tried to come on days they are not there and more then likely will not return to NOCE. Other classmates have complained and were told this has never been an issue, which was obviously bs. It appears they look out for eachother and sweep in under the rug.
