Cost Cutters

I came in with my three daughters for the first time. We saw Tess and Paola! What a wonderful experience. We will definitely keep coming back when we need our haircuts again. Super friendly and you can tell they all enjoy working together. Thanks ladies for such an amazing job!

Gabriela was absolutely perfect. She wasn’t intimidated at all by my thick, very straight hair, which is rare and appreciated. I came in with a grown-out pixie and a clear idea of what I wanted—and she delivered exactly that. No over-cutting, no guessing, no ego. Just skill. She listens, she gets it, and she executes. So much so that I had to jokingly tell one of her regulars that they might need to share—because I just found her and I plan on keeping her. If you’re picky about your hair (like I am), Gabriela is the one.

I have never had a hair cut like this one. She used scissors but not the normal way. Hard to describe in writing. It is way too short and really not what I wanted. Hairdresser was very friendly and joyful sometimes too much. I think $27.00 for a Cost Cutters haircut is way too much. What ever happened to the Sr Citizen cuts? I don't think I'll ever go back for a chain haircut, will stick with a regular beautician. Very disappointed!

I saw Martha for the first time. She understood what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. I will definitely return there. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

It was my first time with Martha and she did an amazing job. My hair was so long and was so flat with no style. The cut she gave me is so pretty and now I am able to style it way easier and with volume. I will definitely be going back to her next time.

The girl with the pink curly hair was the best hairstylist I've had in awhile. She did a great job on my hair and my daughter's hair. I should have got her name! Thank you!

I was shocked when I heard the total… would have been nice to be told what I requested was going to cost, instead of being blindsided. And then to have it turn out not as I expected was not good. Perhaps it was my fault for not explaining myself well or expecting a different outcome. Either way I unfortunately won’t go back. For a average cookie cutter chain of stores I think they are overpriced. I expect to pay that much at a boutique salon but not here. The hairdresser is a wonderful person and I would go to her if she worked somewhere else or privately.
