AG Beauty Salon & Spa

My very first waxing experience was great from start to finish. Sydney is the best. Ironically, the process itself was pain free. Regrowth wasn't bad, even though I probably didn't do a good job with aftercare. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had my nails done by Alex today and she was so good! Very kind and asks all the questions you’re too scared to ask!! She gave me exactly what I wanted and was quick also!! I felt super comfortable with her and the salon was EXTREMELY clean. I have a wedding tomorrow and they were able to squeeze me in today. Highly recommend!

Overall not a very pleasant experience. I went for a pedicure and feel that for what I paid I for it, the service should of been more in depth. My cuticles were not touched at all. The person doing my pedicure wasn't very thorough and got an attitude after i asked her to fix my nail because she touched it with her glove and made it tacky and matte. And probably the worst part of this experience was the fact that the pedicure chairs are directly under the very loud TV. So if you're looking for a nice relaxing experience and not looking to get a headache I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your cosmetic needs.

Lily did my nails, and it was the most pleasant experience! She is so talented and friendly, and really tailored to my needs. Would definitely recommend!

This salon is amazing and so convenient!! I have been coming to Alex for about 3 years now. She is absolutely the sweetest person ever and does amazing with my nails every single time. I have recommended everyone I know to come here and my sister has been a client for about a year now! The salon is so close to YSU that I’m able to walk down after class and get my nails done. If you are looking for a salon that is affordable, friendly, and does an amazing job this is the place to come!

The cutest and friendliest little salon!! I never walk out disappointed with my nails! Never have a problem getting an appointment that fits my needs! I would definitely recommend to anyone!! The girls always do what I want from designs to basics!!

If you want to sit in silence for your whole salon appt, this place is for you!! The staff here has absolutely no personality and I experienced terrible customer service. I was not asked any questions, and did not feel welcomed at all. I almost felt like an inconvenience to be there as their Netflix shows played in the background. I got my hair done once and it was not blended at all, highlights looked awful and had to buy box dye that night to fix it. I then tried their nail tech after to see if I had a different experience and it was not much different. My acrylic nail chipped within 2 days. I would NOT recommend this salon.
