Salon Roukoz

"I found Christine’s behavior to be extremely UNPROFESSIONAL"I have gone to Christine at this Salon twice before. This third time I scheduled the appointment, she first got the date wrong. She booked me one weekend later than I had asked her via text message. She never apologized for it which would have been the professional thing to do. She finally texted me two days before the appointment date she had on her schedule to very rudely ask me if I still wanted to keep the appointment, and if not "she had other people waiting to take that appointment." I texted her back the very next day to say yes I would like to keep the appointment and she told me she had already removed me from her schedule….I am dumbfounded at her unprofessionalism. This is not how one should run a business.

Tracy and Jean are the best. I always feel like family when I’m there. The color the cut and the conversation never leave me wanting. Have been going to Tracy for 15+years.

Just amazing every time

Good place, good service, availability is almost immediate or appointment is set to come back. Highly recommend

Consistent high quality color and cut. Tracy is excellent.

Awesome salon. Thank you so much Jean. Getting used to my hair cut.❤️
