I LOVE this salon! I've been going here for over a year, every 2 months and I see Kelsey for a partial blonde highlight and she always nails it. I am so picky about my blonde and I've gone to a range of "blonde specialists" but Kelsey is the BEST. She knows exactly what she's doing. The prices are very reasonable and you get the best service. The salon is beautiful, and the other stylists are so friendly.

I've been a client of Leesa's for almost 20 years, and there's a reason I have literally followed her around southern California, most recently to Posh Salon! She is an incredibly talented hairstylist, particularly when it comes to color, and has helped me navigate hair texture changes throughout the years. Beyond her technical skills, Leesa is flexible, accommodating my busy schedule and always finding a way to make time for me. But what truly sets her apart is her warm and genuine personality. Shannon took care of me, she picked up on my vibe! Outstanding customer service, professionalism, fun and most importantly she explained the process. End result was beautiful. Shannon gave me tips on keeping my hair healthy before I left.

Just because I had a fully booked schedule for the weekend and you guys were closed as well, doesn’t mean I didn’t find the time to finally voice this concern when I got the chance to. I do not care to have another blowout service for free. I just did not feel that the blowout was worth the $50 I paid and would’ve otherwise wanted to get the money back to keep or to use on a different blowout service that’s well worth the money at a different salon. I did not demand for a refund, rather I asked if there were any other compromises to be made. I called once or twice earlier but no more than that and then was called back by the salon and continued the communication over text but was not demanding anything in the slightest.

Hair turned out dry, damaged, and stiff after blowout service. Had gone to many different salons for a blowout service with great results, but did not end up with the same stellar results I did with this salon and hair stylist, Alexis. The longevity was very poor in comparison to other services I’ve gotten done at other salons, that would last me for over a week. The overall quality of my hair was dry and stiff. She used minimal product and no heat protectant spray which caused my hair to be more frizzy after she used heated styling tools. I requested to have my hair straightened but by the next day my hair was wavy and crunchy. I reached out to the salon who did not seem very helpful and ceased to care for my concerns, and even contacted the stylist directly asking for a redo or refund but was not accommodated accordingly and was given a rude response gaslighting me instead. Would not recommend.

I cannot stop looking in the mirror! Hannah did a brilliant job with my color and cut! I've been seeing Hannah for over a year and every balayage gets better than the last! She asks me great questions not just about what I want but my budget, how much maintenance I had in mind, and my day-to-day hair care. When I left I had such confidence! I was not the only one, other ladies leaving Posh Hair Lounge were wearing smiles. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and has a romantic and modern type of design. I love Hannah and the Posh Hair Lounge!
