If I could provide less than 1 star I would. Customer service is non existent. I spent several weeks calling the salon and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I tried using their online booking system which was never up to date with availability or hair stylists. Finally, I decide to go in person and book an appointment. When I arrive, there is only one stylist there, and the stylist I wanted to book with (the owner, Dina) was not there. The stylist, who was there suggested I leave my phone number in order for Dina to return my calls and contact me. It has now been two months since going there and I have not heard from her, never received a call back, or a text message. I understand people get busy, but if you are running a business and want the business to thrive or have customers and potential clientele feel valued, then it is common sense and decency to at least return their call. Especially when they go to great lengths to get a hold of someone. If you’re not already a client that receives services at this salon, I wouldn’t recommend trying to book an appointment here. Take your time & money somewhere else.

Got a last minute appointment and was advised amicably on how to take care of my natural hair , friendly staff and the place is super clean and neat, booked my next appointment and got their biotin hair care product , definitely going back.😍😍

First time here and I loved it!! It's often hard to find good salons to cut my type of hair, so it was refreshing to find this salon. The prices are reasonable and the staff was really kind. Definitely recommend to family and friends!

Today was my first time here for a hair cut, relaxing and styling with Dina and she was beyond exceptional! Her services were amazing, Customer service was great, super clean salon and friendly staff. She takes her time to make sure she understands exactly what you need, asks questions such as skin sensitivity so she can use the right products for the scalp and hair. I'm def going back and I have now found my hairdresser. Already booked for 6 weeks She also sells products she uses on customers which from my perspective is very convenient and necessary. I'll recommend anyone here anytime. 🙂❤

It's rare to find a stylist today that truly cares about their client's hair. My hair was severely damaged after 3 decades of relaxers and I was scared to transition to natural hair. Dina did my big chop and held my hand through my natural hair transition as I experimented with different styles to bring my hair back to life. She's a real one!

Dina and her team are extremely talented and professional. She is passionate about caring for her client's hair and ensures that you go home with knowledge to encourage healthy hair quality. Dina ensures that your appointment from start to finish is luxurious at best. My favorite attribute about Dina is that she takes pride in valuing her customer's time and experience. You can expect your appointment to be focused on you and you only. I also appreciate the fact that Dina's hair products are of the highest quality. (No damaging products with harsh chemicals!) Dina and her team are wonderful! I look forward to every single appointment!

Beautiful and clean hair salon. Great customer service. Dina the owner and stylist did an amazing job on my silk press. Not only that she cares about you hair and you learning about how to make/keep your hair healthy. Natural hair salons like this is hard to find. I’m glad I found UNIQ COIFFURE.
