Hot Set Hair Studio

I waited 6 years before allowing a salon to touch my virgin hair and it was a massive mistake. I asked for blonde thick highlights under my hair and got a mess of blended, randomly highlighted. This is the most uneven and unprofessional thing anyone has done to me, even after they tried to "fix" it and now I can't reverse the damage. They bleached all of my baby hairs instead of my bangs and my hair is an absolute massacre. I'm so embarrassed, and never going here again. Edit: This is exactly what my hair looked like when I left the salon - I emailed the same angles to the owner within an hour of leaving and didn't hear back. Accusing the customer of your mistake is a reflection of your business practices, really unprofessional.

I love Hot Set Hair Studio! I have been seeing Jess since 2020. Always professional and knowledgeable and a lovely conversationalist. I enjoy every one of the stylists. Everyone is very friendly. The proprietor Pam Dube clearly hires people that fit her ethos. Friendly, helpful, suggest products and treatments but not "pushy" sales. They truly want you to achieve your best look. I can't say enough about this place without seeming over the top. I have been going to salons since the eighties; this is a great salon. Reasonable prices too!

They are truly the best hair Salon I have ever been in. Pam is an amazing person, friend and excellent hairstylist. Jessica is top notch as well. I have been going to Hot Set Hair Studio for over a year. I am 68 and have been to many Stylists/Salons. Usually end up disappointed. I am thrilled to say I have never been disappointed! I don't have the best hair. It's fine and thinning. My hair looks great! My Stylist Jessica is talented, kind and professional. From observation I can see that all the clients are happy. Its a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend to everyone!

I found Hot Set through a recommendation from a friend 3 years ago, and to say I hit the jackpot is an understatement. I have gotten amazing cuts & color every time. Jess and Pam and the whole team welcomed me in like family! I like to change up my color and style, and Jess always has ideas in mind for me. I literally get compliments all the time out in the world on my hair. My sister even plans trips from SC so she can get a cut and color here! I can’t recommend Hot Set more highly!

I’ve been to Hot Set twice to get my hair cut and colored by Abby. My hair looks amazing, and my experience at the salon was fantastic. The staff is so welcoming, and they made sure I felt comfortable during my appointments. This is the best salon I have been to, and I look forward to returning!
