Yen's Hair & Tan Salon

Decided randomly I wanted a haircut and color my entire hair today and went to Yens and they did an amazing job!!! Love my haircut and hair color. They are also super nice there!

I’m sure I have the after photos, but the wife didn’t want to be in the scene. Yen and her staff are great. They are all joyful there, no Negative Nancy at the salon. I stopped by to drop off the wife, hair coloring does take a while.. Nice place, nice people .. the family comes here when they are in town. Mom, dad, brother.. walk ins are welcome.. stop by and get a cut!

This has to be the BEST hair salon in all of Florida. My hair normally takes 5 hours minimum to full head foil at every salon I've been. At Yens they did everything in 1 hr and 20 mins. The highlights are beyond beautiful. I'm actually still a little in shock bc of how fast and detailed they did it. Thank you Yen & Kim so much! ❤️

I did a root retouch with a copper color and a haircut, which was not good. The lady did not know how to work with my thick hair properly. One side of my hair on the right was longer than the left. I had uneven coloring/toning and had to go darker back to my natural hair color, black, and a color correction somewhere else. I had multiple uneven colors, one side with yellow, and the right side was brown, which was horrible.

Do not try this place. After a poor highlight experience 10 years ago where I need up looking like a cheetah I decided to give this place another chance since it's so close to my house. Big mistake. I'm a natural blonde and went in for highlights and a cut with Kim. I told her I wanted BLONDE blonde highlights. So how did they turn out pink/brown????!!!!! What's worse is they she refused to fix my hair that night bc it was closing time and they closed on Sundays so she told me I would have to wait till Monday to fix it. Also they asked me to pay full price for this. Are you kidding me? My hair is already blonde, how hard is it to lighten blonde hair? I decided not to come back and let them try and fix it because she couldn't tell me how she would fix the color. Also, the haircut is terrible!!! Totally uneven and the angle in the front was atrociously done. I included a before picture of my hair that I took right before I went in so you can tell my hair was already very blonde it wasn't that she had to highlight over dark or dyed hair.

The absolute best hairstylist in Winter Garden. She was phenomenal with my children’s hair my hair, my color her and her sister took very good time with us. She has patience. She takes her time with my one euro son to cut his hair with my 11-year-old daughter and my hair she does not get aggravated. She is very patient very kind and very understanding 10 out of 10.

Don’t come here for any dyeing! They offered me the service and I agreed. Horrible job, my hair was white and I just needed the roots done. I’ll say no more, just look at the results… went back there to let them know and not even a sorry…
