Overall it was a nice appointment. I received a lot of insight about my scalp as well as some good tips to improve my hair’s overall health. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming it was definitely a great environment. The staff as a whole was amazing. My only issue was the way my hair was cut and my hair style didn’t hold. By the time I was in my car one side was ok the other side fell flat and was frizzy.

Samantha was my stylist and she was the absolute sweetest! She made the experience so laid-back and fun. I got the French cut and I have never loved my hair more ❤️🥰 So happy I’ve finally found a salon since moving. Will definitely be back 😃

I received appointment the day I telephoned. I went in for a haircut, pixie style. What I received was a haircut using a spray bottle and scissors. I paid $69 for my service did not include a wash,blow dry or style. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Guess I expected a little bit more from my visit. Once I came home and wash my hair and styled it does look wonderful.

Great atmosphere, Natalie was my stylist she did a wonderful job! I love my keratin treatment and haircut! Already rebooked next appointment! Everyone was super friendly and inviting!

Salty Salon totally saved my wedding! I spent about 3 months in the process of prepping for getting extensions with another salon, and unfortunately a shipping issue left me in a tough spot just a few days before I was supposed to fly out for my wedding. I called a ton of salons to see if anyone could help, and everyone at Salty Salon was soooo incredibly helpful and compassionate. They graciously squeezed me in for a full install with only a few days notice after hearing the situation. The work they did was incredible and I truly felt my best on my wedding day, all thanks to them. The before picture is when I first realized I needed extensions, and the second picture is about a week after my install at Salty Salon. I got so many compliments on my hair and it looked super natural. You couldn’t tell I had extensions even when my hair was whipping around on a boat 😂

Absolutely loved my experience here! Zoe was so sweet and so helpful. She took her time and really explained what she was doing, how she would cut, and really helped me to have a better understanding of my curls. The environment is so welcoming and so cute! I've never felt more listened to at a salon/hair place than I have here and I can't wait to come back to get some color done! If you're hesitant about trying a new hair salon, Salty is the place to be!

I just moved down to wilmington about a month ago from new york. I was having so much trouble finding a place i trusted with my hair, I found the Salty Salon through a tiktok and decided to make an appointment. It was one of the best experiences I had. The girls were so so nice and my hairdresser (Jacqueline Araujo) was beyond sweet, i wanted layers but she was very honest told me how it would effect my hair (my hair being very fine) and gave me a beautiful haircut that made my hair look so much more full! I also was able to squeeze in a consultation for extensions. I will 100% be coming here again, and also getting extensions! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
