Igor M Salon

Mom and I moved back to NY from Miami Beach for my new job. She had a really great hairstylist and colorist in South Beach. I wasn’t sure I could find her a comparably good salon. But I did. I took mom to Igor salon in late November 2025 and her hair looked spectacular. Sadly, she suddenly went to heaven the following month. But you can see in the photos how happy she was with her coloring and cut. I’m sad she wasn’t able to get a follow up cut, but I’m glad to know she was really happy with her hair in her final month among the realm of the living. Miss you mom! Thanks for being my best friend and greatest supporter!

I had got my hair done by Igor and it was the best haircut I’ve ever received in my life. He really has blessed hands and I feel so confident with my new look:) Igor is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout my time here. My experience at his salon was amazing. All of the hair artists and staff here are so, so kind as well. The salon was also spotless! They do an amazing job in every aspect here and I will 1000% be back and recommending his salon to everyone I know lol😊

First time visiting this salon because of all the great reviews. I’m a male and had been growing my hair out for a full year to finally get the wolf/flow cut I wanted. I walked in feeling confident that I’d leave feeling great . I asked to keep the length and add some layers, but was advised that adding texture and removing a bit of bulk would be better. Unfortunately, I feel the stylist got a little carried away with his own excitement. I left the salon really upset — so much so that I told the receptionist I hated it. After I left, I came back to ask if the back could be evened out… which I honestly shouldn’t have, because it ended up looking worse. I was refunded, which I appreciate, but the money is not what I wanted, I wish I could’ve gone back in time and not gone in at all. As a man it was pretty embarrassing to tear up out of frustration — especially knowing how much time and effort it took to grow my hair out.. now I have to deal with hair growth, get volume again, touch ups again, and hopefully never run into another stylist who does not understand the effort it takes for hair growth. When I got home, I felt bad and ended up calling to say the haircut was good because I didn’t want the stylist to get in trouble. However, I feel the need to share this for others out there so you are pushy about what you want and need and not necessarily what some stylist think you should get. I was never disrespectful during this time. I’m sure the staff and stylists are great — I just wasn’t lucky enough to have that experience.

Igor M Salon is fabulous. Everyone is so kind and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. Igor gave me a fabulous cut! My hair is short and it takes a really good stylist to get short hair right. I found my salon home in Westchester!

I have been going to high end salons in lower Westchester for decades. Igor is the best out of them all. I’ve been a client for 5 years. Not only do I get compliments on my hair ALL the time he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and talented without the pretentiousness. I really can’t say enough about this salon.

This salon is top notch! All of the staff are so pleasant and professional. Igor is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had. He’s hair cuts are just perfection! I get so many compliments on my hair cut and my hair never looked better. Thank you Igor!!

All of the staff were incredible! It was my first time going to this salon and they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in their doors! Alex did an amazing job giving my hair a revamp before the holiday season. Looking forward to going back in the future!
