I recently scheduled a microdermabrasion facial with Hilary at Dream Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I don’t treat myself to these services often, so I was really looking forward to this appointment. The aesthetician performed the microdermabrasion for what felt like only a few minutes. A typical treatment should last around 15–20 minutes, but she only went over my face once and it did not feel thorough at all. There was no real attention to detail, and the treatment felt rushed. I specifically asked to make sure extractions were properly done, especially in my nose area. Afterward, instead of addressing my concerns, she simply said, "Your pores look good," without explaining what had been done or ensuring I was satisfied. The entire appointment — including a collagen mask — lasted less than 45 minutes, which felt very short for the service I booked and paid for. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. I was expecting a relaxing, thorough treatment and instead felt rushed and unheard. I hope this feedback encourages more consistency and attention to detail in the future

Dream Spa is always a wonderful treat! The technicians are excellent (Swedish massage, reflexology, facial, mani/pedi), and the reception staff are extremely helpful. A special thanks to Arman who was able to arrange for six of us (three generations including a six year-old) to have a family spa day experience together. Everyone loved it!

The place is cute, clean and accommodating. I had a lemon scrub and Swedish massage done by Arien and I loved it. Asked for a deep pressure and she delivered! Skilled, strong and very nice. Great experience.

Love love love DREAM SPA!!! Jillian provides a great deep tissue massage. I floated away while Jamie gave me a very involved facial. Great service all around.

My experience at Dream was absolutely outstanding. Christine offered a lovely new hair color for me bettered suited for my skin tone than a previous stylist in another State. She welcomed me graciously as a new client and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Beata as usual was beyond amazing in her talents with making my waxing as painless as possible and her facial was relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt years younger after experiencing her amazing talents. Jeannie took care of my toes during my pedicure like no other professional nail technician I have ever known. Making sure to both pamper and provide outstanding professional service and a relaxing atmosphere. Dream Salon is truly the definition of a Dream for all your senses. Am so glad to be back in their care.

Over the years, I have bought gift vouchers for my wife and her daughter to have facials, which they have thoroughly enjoyed. In the past, I have been able to add a tip when I paid for the vouchers. Something has changed and I was not able to add a tip when I bought vouchers this time which rather changes the value of vouchers as a gift. Since posting this review, Dream Spa has been in touch and explained that the change to their web site did not include the ability to include gratuities when ordering gift vouchers. I'm hoping that this means there is a way to do this so that those receiving the gifts won't have to pay a gratuity.

Massage was good but was shorted 5 mins. At this price, I should get the full 60 minutes. Also, it’s just a massage, not a spa with sauna, steam or any other services. Way overpriced.
