I went in to get my hair washed and deep conditioned and the service was horrible. She made me wait 30 minutes while she did other clients (3 boys) and that was fine but then she "washed" my hair but couldn't get to my scalp properly and even said she had "never done hair like mine before," she then made me brush my hair out because she couldn't and said she was "scared to because she is tender headed." She charged me $42 when she said $35 when I technically did my own hair and she said she was making me "pay for all the products she had to use." Never lowered the price or fixed anything. I told her how dissatisfied I was and she swiped my card really fast and handed it back to me. I asked her if they had a website because I was a Google influencer and I wanted to leave a review and she lied to me and said "no I'm sorry we don't have a website." Of course I found it. I'm highly upset with my outcome and with the service. I was provided nothing I asked for and she made me sit for over 30 minutes while she sowed her "friends" blouse up and I had to tell her to come finish my hair and they were talking about me the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT I'M FLUENT IN MULTIPLE LAUNGHUES AND JUST BECAUSE I DON'T RESPOND TO NEGATIVITY, DOESN'T MEAN I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. VERY VERY RUDE AND DISAPPOINTING!! WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE. She put a relaxer in my hair to help her "get through it," and it ate half of my hair off. I came out with a horrible outcome and half my head missing because she put who knows what in a bowl and put it on my head... now I've been crying for hours Because my hair was to my butt and now it's ate past my shoulders. I went back today (6/4/2022) and she gave me a refund and washed my hair again to try to fix it but there isn't any fixing it really other than cutting it but I support small businesses and I wish her the best in life in all aspects of life.

Asked for curtain bangs and didn’t try or look at the picture just grabbed my bangs and cut them like a 4 year old . I could have ruined my hair myself if I new they didn’t know how. I asked for them below my eyebrows and she did them above . They need to go out of business if they can’t do simple cuts or even have friendly customer service

They are absolutely wonderful! I usually have issues with keeping my length, some people going too short, but she was able to do exactly what looked good while keeping my length. Will absolutely be coming back.

The owner is an expert. Everything is perfect. She made Mom look like a Queen. She has a fabulous sense of style and is quite inexpensive. She commands respect and should raise her prices. Stellar Lady

Very affordable. There were three ppl in front of me when I walked in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Fade is good. They won't mess your haircut up and the price is better than most locations.

Stylist was so sweet, she knew exactly what to do and made my homecoming look absolutley perfect!
