Naptural Rootz Hair Salon

Been going to Naptural Roots for a little over a year and love this salon! The vibe is always so nice and the salon is always clean and smelling AMAZING! My microlocs have been retied by Arica and Mariah and they both do excellent work and are very professional. I've watched Aretravia, another stylist at the salon, and she's awesome as well! I Love this place...my loc home! ❤️✨️

Naptural Rootz Hair Salon brings the most relaxing atmosphere. When I arrive, my stylist is ready for me and the appointment timing is accurate. My natural hair always turn out fantastic. Finally a place in Westland for my hair needs. I am appreciative the owner (and my stylist) vision and opened a shop in this area. If you are looking for a salon for natural hair, look no further - Naptural Rootz Hair Salon is the place for you!

I was referred by a family friend to this amazing establishment. I got knotless box braids installed, and the experience was great. The stylist Erika was so sweet and personable, explained everything in the hairstyling process, aftercare instructions, and the hairstyle is fabulous. Do not hesitate I highly recommend this hair salon for all of your braiding and natural hair style needs.

I've been wearing locs for over 35 years. Mariah is by far one of the best stylist I have ever known. She's brilliant and extremely creative. The environment is very positive and uplifting as well.

Ive been going to Mariah a little over a year. This is my 3rd time taking a loc journey. She sat down with me initially and consulted about a grid pattern and made sure I was happy with the sizing. Every subsequent appointment has been wonderful. Always timely, professionally and I leave loving my hairstyle. Ericka is exceptional as well. She gave me braids over my locs prior to a vacation.

I’ve been loc’d in for over a year now and selecting this salon and Mariah has been one of the best decisions for my journey. The salon is clean and relaxing and she is always timely and professional! Retie coming up…can’t wait to get back in the chair!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Damarius as a walk in. He accepted me and gave her exactly what I asked for. He was attentive, establishments clean and welcoming. Definitely will be returning. They do locs and more. Please check them out
